Is it reviewed by you? Can you post higher res photos? I should receive my case, which is exactly the same one as the one reviewed, in 5-9 days so I'm trying to "get to know" the case.
BTW, very nice idea with the box! Environmental friendly-ish in a way.

i've got one for sensation.... very good.. but after 6 months the rubber part started to break apart from the plastic.

Well, I guess you can go and buy it because it does protect the camera.
I have the black+purple one.
Looks sleek and doesnt add much bulk and it protects the phone.
The only bad thing is that the back is glossy and full of scratchs but I was in a sandy area

I think this one is the best looking one ive seen so far. Might have to place an order for an orange one

i purches both of them, i loved the rock cases on my hox and my S3.
the back only cover arrieved yesterday. great looking, good feeling and perfect match. just a few rather sharp edges, which i removed with my nails.
i got a grey cover for my silver one, looks really great.
i am waiting for the black flip cover . it did not arrieved so far

Good to know! Two questions for you -
1. Is the TPU flexible? If so, is it like completely flexible or just a little?
2. Is the case too shiny? Like candy colours (think: Nokia Lumia)?

1. its rather hard, looks not like TPU, hard plastic would i say, but still flex enoth to fit it
2. the grey one is not that shiny, matt i would say

I ordered the black one, and it just arrived today. Bit of a shame I don't have a phone to put in it, because it looks great. It is glossy, but not overboard. Maybe similar to the gloss on the original PS3? But don't quote me on that, I only owned the slim.
My One should arrive tomorrow. Once it does, I'll post up some pictures so you guys can check it out.
As far as Rock cases go though, I had one for my One X and I really liked it. I would def recommend you guys check them out. Or also Capdase. I just got a white case from them today as well. Both very nice. One is glossy, one is matte.

Do you order straight from their website ? I had their case for my s3 and loved it but then a whole ton of knockoffs started coming out.

So my phone arrived, and I had it in the Rock case within about 5 minutes. I'm in Korea for the day, so I'm trying it out. So far: really like it. The case fits like a glove. Doesn't snap on really tight like some, but there is absolutely no movement. I actually prefer this to the ones that make you think you are going to break your phone putting on/taking it off. The black on black looks so good! It's super thin, so the phone shape is maintained. It also has a very slight lip around the edges on the front so you can put it down on it's face, if you want.
The negatives: the black is a fingerprint magnet. I guess that's why they bundled a cloth in the package. The other is I am afraid I'm gonna drop my phone and it will break. I attribute the fear to having just got the phone, as well as being pretty hungover . If I were to drop the phone, the case wouldn't do much to protect it. It's more like a scratch guard.
Anyway, so far I really like it. I bet the coloured ones on the black would look ridiculous good. I'll add pictures when I get some time.

I have Rock "Quicksand" case with the Xperia S.
Dropped it from around waist level to the hard ground. No scratch.
So.. when I got One, I quickly try to find a Quicksand series but they don't seem to made it yet.

Search on amazon for the bear motion case. I had the quicksand for my s3 and this bear motion feels just like that.

Thanks, I already ordered something similar from ebay (not bear motion). I believe they came from the same wholesale retailer and slap different brand on it...

Lets annoy the crap out of Urban Armor Gear until they make a case for us!

I don't know how many of you guys are aware of UAG, but they make HANDS DOWN the best cases. I reached out to them a week or so ago and they said they have no plans on making a case for the Moto X. That needs to change. We all need to pester them on Facebook and through their website so they can see what kind of demand there is for a case for the Moto X, and I wish to enlist all of you to help me in my quest.

I sent them a shout out. I've been wanting a UAG for a long time, but no love for the GN. In the meantime I picked up a Trident Cyclops that I actually really dig. Picked one up off of eBay for 29.99. I had a Trident Kraken on the GN and enjoyed it. Cases are built well, and offer good phone protection.

That's a slick looking case, especially in blue. Is it as bulky as it looks though?

I don't think we have anything to worry about. When you put their response in context with the email I sent them, it's a pretty surefire thing. I rocked the white on my iPhone 5 and on my HTC One, and I will certainly be rocking the white on my Moto X.
Here was my email to them-
I know I have asked you guys on Facebook if you were planning on making a case for the Moto X and you said no, but I was hoping you guys have taken note of the growing popularity of the phone and possibly reconsidered. I really think you guys will sell a lot of them, considering you make hands down the best cases on the market. Last time around I did a review of your case for the HTC One on xda developers (_MetalHead_) and it was met with an overwhelmingly positive response. Many people purchased the case after reading that review. I will gladly do another review of the Moto X case, should you decide to make one, and I guarantee we will get the same reaction. You guys make a wonderful product, you just need to expand your offerings to cover more devices. Lets start with the Moto X!

So. I was poking around on their site and I found their newest iPhone 5c case: http://www.urbanarmorgear.com/products/maverick
I do not doubt that there will be, at least, this version for the moto x. Since we have multiple colors, they will look for the most cost-effective way to make a matching color scheme for the case. The best option would be to make a clear one. Although I would most definitely choose white again, I will gladly settle if they only release a clear version.

God I hope that's not all they give us. I NEED a Navigator for my Moto X. I am not a fan at all of the clear one, it completely defeats the industrial aesthetic of their standard case.

Well I am coming from the GNex with extended battery plus Kraken case. That was a pretty bulky phone not gonna lie as you had a layer of TPE followed by the hard plastic. The Cyclops on my X still feels pretty awesome without ungodly bulk, It still is overall a rather thin phone, and I think it fits better in my hands as I have big hands.

I ended up buying a blue one and it came yesterday. It's a decent case but it does add a little too much bulk for my liking. I do like how it maintains a semi-thin profile but I don't like how wide it is. I'm probably going to use it while at work for now, but once the UAG case comes out then it'll probably get tossed in a drawer never to be seen again.

I know the feeling as I have 3 or 4 rugged GNex cases laying around trying to find the right one. I will definitely be trying out the UAG case whenever it hits the market. I just went with the Cyclops as I don't use Otterboxes, and that was about the only rugged case outside of Ballistic. My profession require that I have a rugged case and screen protector at all times.

Me too. I love UAG cases. I have one for my Note 2 and used the holster from Seidio Convert add-on kit.

Slickwraps sent me one of these units for review purposes and I actually liked it a lot more than I thought I would. Pretty solid unit. Might order one of them in black.

Are these decals popular for phones? I remember some companies released them for the iPhone 3G/3GS a few years ago but I never personally researched into them until a while ago.

Just looking at the dbrand and xgear threads here in XDA, I'd say they are pretty popular. I've never heard of the brand before, but after looking at their website, these appear to be pretty comparable to the dbrand skins and xgear skins. To give credit where its due, Slickwraps does have a much larger selection of colors than either of the other 2 skin brands. They even have a glow in the dark one, which is really cool and some glittery ones for the ladies (or guys, if that's your thing ). Great find, OP. :good:
Edit: It also appears that they're made in the US if that matters to anyone.

Comrade, I noticed on some of the pictures from their website, the nexus cutout on the back seems a little...off. On the nexus logo, the letters are all supposed to be lines of the same thickness, but some of the images appear to be thicker on the "S" or perhaps thinner on the "nexu". Are you noticing this with your review skin? I couldn't really tell from the video.

In my experience the Nexus cut out was spot on. Perhaps they fixed the issue before they sent me my unit.
I'm not even exaggerating when I say how impressed I am by the accuracy of the cutouts. They were extremely accurate, down to the less than 1mm diameter microphone at the top.

The phone is a little more slippery than the stock feeling of the phone but not to the point where it falls out of your hand.

But, actually I prefer their color. Their red carbon fiber and dark brown leather are very nice.
Is their quality comparable to the 3M Di-Noc one? Anyone can share their experience? Do they leave residue when remove?

I have had a few for my Pebble and I have replaced a couple due to deep scratches that the skin protected my Pebble from. When I removed them there was no residue to speak of at all.

I just got my Nexus 5 wrap and WOW! This is the most precise wrap.
Yes, I believe they use 3M DiNoc. It had a 3M backing. Also, they have a live chat feature and I asked them and they said it's all 3M DiNoc.

Nexus 5 Handmade Sleeve Pouch

Hello people!
Few weeks ago I came across this awesome store @ etsy.com where they make handmade pouches made of Jeans material from the outside and fleece in the inside. I fell in love with the pouch as soon as I saw it. So I ordered one with yellow fabric inside (Yes, you can choose the color of the fabric from the store itself! There are 10 colors to choose from). It even has a magnetic strap closure! I placed my order on the 28th Of June and the seller (Linda) shipped it on the 1st on July and I received it today (12th).
The quality of the material used is awesome and so is the color! She sent it enclosed with a kind off a gift wrap with a bow and a letter. The pouch feels really premium and I'm extremely happy with this purchase. Only thing that sorta bothers me is that I have to push my device firmly to get it inside the pouch. But I'm sure it will loosen up after a couple of weeks.
The price of the pouch is $19 and the cost of shipping is $5 (To India). A bit on the higher side may be since it's handmade but it's really worth it!
If you don't want the Nexus imprinted on the front of the pouch, it will cost you $15+shipping. You also have a choice of opting out of the strap.
If you want anything else done, you can contact her (Linda) directly and she responds quickly! Will surely give a 5/5 for the communication (before and after the purchase).
I'll attach some pics of the pouch and gift wrapping as well. The color reproduced in the pics is slightly off. It's a dark blue pouch with bright yellow fabric inside it.
