So heres a link to this Carbon Fiber very stylish white case for samsung galaxy tab. I like the color and is very fashionable, adds value to the tablet. Also there is a link to a copy of this case, it looks like its carbon fiber but its not. Which one I should go with? I didn't really like roocase or galaxy book cover. Galaxy tab is my 5th tablet and I am planning on using it not only on the go, but also like to make a fashion statement. Has anyone purchase any of these cases? Any feedback would be highly appreciated. And yes White is next Black

The real zenus case looks a lot nicer. It accentuates the beauty of this device very well. I wonder what the overall thickness is. I am very tempted to get one of those.
Looking at it in more depth. The page says galaxy tab 2 and it ships from south korea. If you do go to the zenus case site. ZenuscaseusaDOTcom it says the same thing. I'm kinda skeptical. I love the look of the white but wonder if it would get dirty quickly.

Ok. I ordered it. I got the black because I'm worried the white would get too dirty too easily. I went through the official site not ebay with overnight shipping. Should prob have it tues our wednesday but I'm going on vacation for six days on thursday. I will review it next week upon return and after some use. If I forget send me a pm to remind me lol.

I like the fact the "better" (Zenus) one uses clips to hold the device just as the OEM one does where the "cheap" one surrounds the entire border around the screen.
I ordered one from amazon also. I ordered the white one though. since its carbon fiber, i think it will be easy to clean if it gets dirty
I really like that more expensive "Prestige" style case, but it's even more expensive than the Bookcover case from Samsung! Yikes.

Thank You. A friend of mine got PU leather black case for his white galaxy tab. He left it overnight to charge it in the case, next morning he woke up only to find out PU leather got hot and started to melt slowly and left black stain marks on the back of his white galaxy. It looks really ugly. I will try to post pictures when I see his tab next time. That would be the reason I think I should get a good case rather than PU leather.

Just got a shipped notice from Amazon for my black one.
That's why they call it PU leather, because it stinks .... figuratively and literally. I got one for my B&N Nook off eBay and it smelled like the trunk of Casey Anthony's Sunfire. The seller gave me a refund and told me to throw it out. When I put out the garbage all the animals in the area ran away from the bag.

Just got my case. Initial thoughts: good quality. I like how it does not block any of the screen like most cases. I almost had a heart attack when un boxing because it said 10.1 v but it fits perfectly. It is a bit hard to transform it to a stand because of how snug it fits in the case but I imagine this will get easier with use. The angle works well for typing(I am typing this right now with the tab at an angle on my desk). Closing the lid is a bit tricky to get it to latch, but once it is closed it stays closed. The pictures at zenuscaseusa.com show the detail pretty well but if anyone wants a picture of anything specific let me know. I will post more thoughts when I get back from my trip and get to use it more, but so far I feel it is worth the price. Oh, and the outside is leather but has a textured feel from the nylon they used to make the carbon fiber pattern.

Mine was delivered on Friday. Very nice... fits perfectly and doesn't add much extra to the phone. It easily slips into your pocket fine even with the rubber which is only very slight. The buttons are covered with the rubber giving it a nice feel while protecting them. I got the black one and the phone feels very good in the hand with it on. Looks very stylish and still retains the GNex look while protecting it.
Hope this info helps. Only issue was it took 3 weeks to get to me..... only got the postal service to blame for that though LOL
I ordered 2 last weekend. My GNEX had been the first phone that I've gone naked with for this long and I'm loving it, but get freaked out of the thought of dropping it with no protection. Hopefully this is a good compromise.

I think because of the way these work, they should fit both versions. I can't say for certain since mine hasn't come in yet. Damn slow boat shipping.

I ordered my case from the op's link for my verizon nexus.
Case came in yesterday and overall its a damn good fit and feel for just $4.
Bought a white one but will probably order a black one as well.

I'm using the CDMA version with the extended battery and the fit is fantastic.
I hate having a case on this phone because it just looks and feels so great in hand naked.
This case feels great AND it's minimal enough that it maintains that sexy nexxy look and feel. Seriously, it looks great in person. Couldn't be happier!

I finally received my TPU bumper last week. It's definitely for the GSM version, though I don't mind it on my VZW phone. I like it a lot. But yesterday, the black TPU portion separated away from the white plastic section at the USB port area so I can't use it anymore. Could just be a fluke in my case though. I contacted the original seller to see what they can do.

I ordered the white and it got dirty within a week and the material it was made of just couldn't be cleaned. I carried it mostly in my jean pocket and occasionally in my purse/bag (always clean, no spilled makeup or the like). The rubber area wasn't as dirty but kept the jean indigo ruboff while the matte area just got yellowish/brown dirty. I received an email from the company asking for feedback and I let them know and asked them how I can clean it. They didn't have any suggestions and instead offered to send me another, to which I replied gratefully and asked for the teal color instead of the white.
It comes today and I'll take a couple pics if you want. Awesome retailer (through Amazon).
Other than that, awesome case. The charger went in a little crooked but straightened out after a while. There are holes for a lanyard strap or charm which I got used to on my old HTC and the GNex lacks. The side ridges make it super grippy and the big Android on the back prevents [most] people from saying "OMG IZ THAT TEH NEW IPHONE"
The best part is taking it off and remembering how thin the Nexus is ^_^

Oh, nice! I have a new phone strap and wanted to use it but was slightly bummed that the Gnex doesn't have a hole for one. The android design on the back is also very cute.
Thanks for talking about the white version. I'm a fan of white cases but worried about the discoloration on this one. I mostly carry my phone in my purse with usually no makeup in it.

Have been using the teal and its really nice. The charger port hole still isn't perfect but I am just careful with it. Looked on ebay last night and there's a ****load of new options including some cool looking metal-ey ones. Before there were just the same ones from the larger retailers around $20.
Ill be picking up another cruzerlite soon, they are still the only one I found with the lanyard holes lol

I bought the smoke color and I have to say it looks and fits awesome. I have a custom battery cover and it can be seen through it which really makes it that much nicer. Extremely snug. Can't recommend this one more!

I have this case in all clear. All the holes line up correctly as long as you put it on right. The only issue I have with it is the kickstand rubs on the back of the phone when you open it and may eventually leave small marks if used enough.
I ordered the same case in black without the kickstand and I am going to put my FlyGrip back on it. This thing is awesome as long as you don't mind the extra thickness.

Is a nice case. I was looking for it myself until i bought the rock. However, I think this is a knockoff of the Nillkin case. I look everywhere for the Nillkin and was selling for over 20 bucks so i end up passing.

I received the case yesterday. I'll tell you what, if it is a knockoff, they did a pretty damn good job. The case isn't as "plasticy" as I thought it was. It has a hard rubbery feel to it. It looks exactly like the one in the pics, to a tee.

I tried out a Body Glove case at an at&t store and it feels way better than the case I mentioned above. I finally put my Flygrip on it today. It's a bit expensive, but it makes the phone more comfortable and you really can't tell the difference in your pocket. It also helps keep the speaker off wherever you placed your phone so it doesn't dampen your notifications / ringtones.

It's actually pretty nice so far! The matte pieces are harder plastic, and the clear parts are softer TPU. I was a little worried that the sides would be uncomfortable to hold, but the texture is fairly dull so they don't poke your fingers.
The big draw for me was the kickstand, which is mostly ok. It works, in that it flips out. I do have two concerns though... (1) as you can see, there's no other layer underneath, so when it's open that part of the back case is exposed. This isn't a big problem except I expect it to trap a bit of lint and stuff. Then, (2) hopefully there is enough clearance for it to open that it's not rubbing on the phone all the time. It's also a little hard to get a fingernail in there to open it, but not horrible. It's hard to complain too badly for $7.50, including a screen protector, a neat little stylus (which is actually pretty great, probably the best touchscreen stylus I've used so far), and an entertaining Engrish manual.
Disclaimer: Fitment review is TBD, however, it fits my new cardboard GS3 pretty well (pictured) Now, I just need my real one! I also got the clear version to show off my pebble blue, as opposed to the pictured "white" model.
Edit: I should also note that I got some of those XtremeGuard body skins that were on sale and plan to put them on as well. So, hopefully that will protect the back case against possible wear from the kickstand, as well as mitigating the issue with that section of the case being "open".

I've a KLD Oscar II that I use from time to time.
Really nice soft touch synthetic leather. 2 front openings for both speakers. Perfect fitiment. Only 1 ID/Credit card slot tho.
Paid 10.50 on ebay.

I need at least three card slots.
Yeah, the 1 card slot is the only sore spot to the KLD imo.
i got the bear motion lambskin flip from amazon for $15.
only downer is the cards can stick to the screen
I would love a Sena Magia case but they're so expensive.

Agreed, but to ship it internationally costs about 10 bucks extra. I live far away from the U.S.
Pretty much far away from any country where English is the first language.

Part that clips to the phone is coated in that soft-touch stuff btw.

It does looks good. Thank u. Someone earlier posted that the case looks cheap, but it doesn't at all.
By the way what's the red colour on the one, is that a complete screen guard

Def not a cheap looking case. While its not genuine leather, the synthetic leather is very nice and soft to the touch and all the plastic is covered in soft touch aswell. Feels nice in your hand.
The case look and feels more expensive then it actually is and that always a plus. Like I said before. Only real negative against it is it only has a single card slot but that's fine for me.
Keep in mind this is the Oscar II, not the original. No idea how the I compares to the II tho.

The back part of the case looks like a hard shell case, is it? I ordered this from Aliexpress around 15 days back and I'm yet receive it. Also ordered the Spigen leather case from ebay.com which I looks like made of premium leather. Thank u.

The clip piece the phone snaps into is soft touch coated hard plastic, yes.
The synthetic leather wraps around to the back. The Plastic backing has an indentation in the back that the leather sits and is glued into. There is a very slight paper thin raise in the back where the leather sits barely higher then the plastic.
I ordered mine on Ebay for 10.50 and got it in 5 days from china. I was in awe personally. Usually stuff I order from china takes damn near a month to come in.
