Hi,
I just got my aunt's sgh-t989 from the states and I want to use the phone. I just rooted the phone and it is unlocked, but the phone always asks to "enter network lock control key". I've tried to use simunlock by chainfire as well as the app by Herloz, but I still can't get the phone unlocked. Is there any other way for me to solve this problem.
Thanks you!

Just got my xda 2s, however im having difficulty unlocking it.
I ran the program and the first time it said "Phone Unlocking Error" so i reset the device and tried again and then after a slightly longer wait i got "Phone unlock success see xda2.log for details"
However now even after this, inserting the vodafone sim i want to use causes "Enter PIN" to be displayed - great that's progression!
So i enter my pin and then get "Network is LOCKED, enter Unlock Code" and so i persume unlocking was a failure and i need to try something else?
Any suggestions guys?
Ok, so I'm sure someone will say this has been answered 100 times but I can't find it in the forums.
I have a locked T-Mobile Wing. I tried entering unlock codes but I guess I entered wrong codes enough that it's really locked. It boots to a screen asking for the Password to unlock (only shows a numpad on screen) and Active Sync won't connect to it (it says I have to unlock the device before it connects).
Hence, I'm not able to run the ROM loader tools which require me to install a CAB file on the device first.
Anyone have a solution to this?

you could just call tmobile and tell them what happened?
I'm sure they might have a way to unlock it.

Yeah.... I bought the phone on eBay. T-Mo says I need to be the original customer in order for them to provide me an unlock code.
I can't use the phone ever since I updated it. It got locked again. Any solutions?
I've bought a network unlock code for my LG G3 D855 and when I'll try to open the menu for the network unlock I just get the following message: "This phone is permanently locked and can not be unlocked.".
There is only a "Dismiss" Button in the middle of the display and thats it.
I've installed the officially Android 6 for my G3 and rooted it. Is there any other way to unlock it? Might be a reinstallation of the rom help?
Thanks in advance!
Hey, I am helping out a mate and have run into a bit of a conundrum. He has a ATT LG G4 (H810) that he purchased from America and has recently moved back to Australia. I have offered to help him unlock his phone so I purchased an unlock code online but when I attempted to enter it I got "This phone is permanently locked and cannot be unlocked". The SIM Unlock Process menu could be accessed using 2945#*810# However the network unlock option yields "This phone is permanently locked and cannot be unlocked" and each other option states "Your phone is not personalised".
Currently the phone is on Android Lollipop and I have managed to root it. I would just like to know if there is a possible way to unlock it.
Cheers.
