If I'm not wrong there should be an Evernote folder in the sdcard. Deleting it should fix it

I have a nexus 4 w/jelly bean 4.3 with the same problem and i solved bay this steps:
1) Uninstall Evernote
2) Using Root Explorer, go to "/storage/emulated/0/Android/" and delete the entire directory "com.evernote"
--- Note: be sure to delete That directory and not sdcard/Android/com.evernote
3) Reinstall Evernote
4) Sign in, sync, then all should be well.
Hope to help you

This happened to me only recently and none of the proposed solutions, not even a factory reset, solved the problem.
The only thing that did work was the app "Folder Mount" from Play Store. Ran it once and it solved both the Evernote issue and a problem with Swiftkey (wouldn't let me download language packs). :victory:

Thanks. Your advise worked. I'd just done a nandroid restore when I got the same errors as you with Evernote and Swiftkey, and FolderMount app fixed it all. Thanks again

[Q] Calendar Sync

I deleted GoogleCalendarSyncAdapter.apk and the odex originally to try and fix my sync issues for my stock Calendar. Well I restored them back into System/Apps but every time I click "Calendars to Sync" in the stock Calendar app, the app crashes and says "Force Closed". I had also deleted CalendarProvider.apk and odex to see if that would do anything but I also restored that. I don't see Calendar under the Sync menu in Settings. This is all on Jelly Bean 4.1.1 complete pure stock, no roms. Anyone know how to fix this without actually restoring the phone?
I'm curious why you think deleting calendar related system apps would solve a sync issue?

I honestly don't know. I was just trying everything to get it to work... pretty stupid, I know. But now it's even more messed up.
Flashing a Rom should solve it

Has calendar sync worked or did you always have the issue?

Wouldn't flashing erase everything and require me to back everything up? If so, i'd rather not go through all of that just to fix the Calendar at this point. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Actually it did work before I deleted these things, but I was trying to something else with the Calendar and it wasn't showing up on the phone while it was showing on the web. I learned recently after reading about it that the app itself doesn't support subscription calendars yet so what I really did was all pointless.

[Q] Twitter Notifications

Hey,
I'm on a stock, non rooted, galaxy S3 on jelly bean 4.1.2. Notifications for every other app works except the official twitter app. They just stopped working on their own a few days ago. I've checked the settings, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, and everything except a hard reset. Anyone know how to fix this?

No I am not.
I might suggest trying another Twitter app. Pretty sure the one by Twitter is garbage compared to what is available.

Any fix to this? I updated to the latest version and it's still not giving me my notifications...
Have you tried clearing data for it in app management?

Yes I tried it. Didn't help, I also cleared the cache to no avail.
Also I tried a new app today, Plume. It wasn't getting any notifications either. This is getting extremely annoying...
Only other things I can think of is to try a factory reset. Backup all you can first though, including your internal sd. Sorry I dont have anything better at this point.
You could try to flash the latest firmware in Odin, but I have a feeling that wont do any good...
Is there a way to clear only dalvik cache without being rooted? If so, thats another thing you can try.

I had the same problem but was fixed with the new twitter app update
I found the fix. At least for me. On a PC go to twitter > settings > apps and revoke access to all the apps. Worked perfectly for me after restarting my phone and everything.

Every app or just the twitter for android one? Because I revoked just the one for android and it didn't help.
I bought falcon pro and it works flawlessly

Package invalid

Okay so first things first:stock rom stock everything
What I've tried before asking for help
1. Tried re-downloading said apps (multiple apps)
2.uninstall-reinstall
3.clear playstore information
4.opera normal is the only one of a couple that are giving this error that I care about. Tried using other versions of opera that have never been installed before on this device or downloaded from my playstore account, they work perfectly fine. Its just the one version that just happens to be (what's in my opinion) the best.
Havent tried a factory reset, this happened after I synced/updated with kies and added a whole bunch of music on my standard 16gb sd card....had to move it from my phone storage because it caused problems
My question is obviously how do I fix this?
As a part 2 to that question how do I figure out where my phone is default installing apps? It should be the phone storage not the sd card right?
EDIT/UPDATE: FIREFOX GIVES SAME ERRORS

Or you could roll back to a previous version of the PlayStore by uninstalling the current one.
That worked in a number of cases.
I had the same problem and I had to do the following:
1. Cleared the cache and data from: Google play store, Google Play services, and Google Services Framework
2. If under the Google play store there is a button to uninstall updates do that as well.
3. Reboot into recovery and clear cache and the davik cache
I then rebooted and I was fine. Have not seen the problem since

(SOLVED) Chrome not working after update

At first I had the same problem so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. But after doing this the app became very unstable, popping in and out to the point of not being able to use it.

Been there done that. It seems to be Chrome related both factory and updated release. But more noticeable on update.

I had the same issue with Google+ too after the update. .. had to uninstall and reinstall... but never saw such an issue with my note 2 ever
May be is the 8 inch factor that the apps had a little niggle with? ... or a bug in the 4.2.2 touch wiz?

Factory reset question...

I've wiped multiple times in twrp 2.6.3.3 and done it three four times before flashing a ROM through Odin again. I even went as far as doing an advanced wipe and wiped everything including the system. Buy my problem I'm having is I'm a little confused as to why when I flash a ROM with Odin, I keep getting the same wallpaper I had with that firmware. I didn't even have that wallpaper before I started this from stock. Its the p600ztubnb1_p600zztbnb1_home.tar.md5 file. Its like my tablet just remembers what wallpaper I had with that firmware. Even though I wiped everything. I even took my SD card out before wiping. Any ideas? Or am I a worry wart?

Just trying to be to the point. yeah maybe Google is backing up and restoring it every time you reset I don't know just an option. Unless the recovery is not really resetting the tablet

Is the OP using Samsung backup/restore services? That one saves the wallpaper for sure, I have been teaching myself to the point of softbricking the device how to recover, to bring it back to the same state I like it etc. So yes, sometimes online services might be giving you options that drive you betty. You can call me Al.

I know Google has the backup and restore setting and you'll see it checked when setting up your ROM on first run. A quick look on the net some people think it also backs up wallpaper. I've never had that happen but then I don't flash much anymore...
