User available storage space in Xperia S - Sony Xperia S, Acro S, Ion

What's the user available internal storage space in Xperia S? On my phone it's showing 25gb. I wanna confirm if that's how much I'm supposed to get.

That's it. 25. The rest is taken by system apps and ROM.

Internal memory?

I read from gsmarena that the arc has a 1GB internal memory and only 320mb user accessible. Why is that so? Can't we use that other 680mb?
Stock ROM, custom user.

No we can't use that ...because it is reserved for ROM storage.

Ics 6.1.a.2.55 camera out of memory issue.

I recently updated my xs to 6.1.a.2.55. And got some problem with the camera. When I click a photo, the camera gives out of memory exception. But when I check the album, the pic is stored there. This happens when I start the camera from sleep condition using quick launch dedicated key. Other wise it works fine.
Available ram is around 300mb, phone memory available its 1.5gb, internal memory available is 22gb.

Convert SDCARD storage from Generic Hierarchical to FAT32

I want to format the 32Gb storage to FAT32 but it keeps on formatting to generic hierarchical. I've heard that FAT32 is much better than generic hierarchical but my main reason is so that I can transfer large files to my Xbox. So is there any way?
its already Fat32

You should download the Sdcard mounter in the theems and apps menu somewhere, it mounts your xs as Fat32
