Multiview in UpdateMe As WIP Option
SERENITY 1.2 QUICK FIX:
This should be applied as an update. It will enable 15 toggle mod and give you my theme from Serenity 1.1 as well as give you my modified framework and system ui. It will also enable the use of the older Themes in UpdateMe. There will no longer be black around the popup browser or popup video player and the Just Once and Always buttons are now corrected. If you wish to use stock JB theme with 15 toggles you can download that in UpdateMe. This is a good quick fix that must be applied on top of the current framework.
Make Backup If Desired (I always recommend)
Reboot into clockwork recovery
Select Install From Zip
Install
Reboot

i would do a full wipe..because this a new base...if u dont want fc's full wipe if u dont care about fc's u can dirty flash but dont complain mate..
Anyone else having trouble with app memory settings?
For instance, I flashed Nova Launcher.
When I click "home", I get prompted to choose Nova or Android launcher. The options are "Just once" or "Phone" (instead of 'always').
Then it comes up with some message about Microsoft Exchange.
If I choose "phone" (assuming it was supposed to mean "always"), then it behaves as a "just once" option.
But if I choose "just once", then it always remembers that option.

Why post a comment like this ? I don't understand, you do realize that the dev works on this for very long hours and its all for free to all us, also he was even working on Serenity 1.2 while he was on vacation.
Why not post asking anyone else if they have the same problem, maybe a post stating the steps you took to test this out maybe there's a step missed by you, or it could be also an issue with the add-on anything is possible. This will allow the dev and the community to help you out or anyone else that tries to add this add-on to figure out whats going on.
Also if you feel that the dev is not delivering a ROM that meets your needs or he cant deliver what he promises "out of his free time" , then there are a lot of other ROMs and developers that might satisfy your needs at a more graceful rate.
Just my thoughts. Don't me to offend anyone. Just think that a lot of users need to realize that this is done on FREE time and we are not paying anything for this.
Thanks.
Also couldn't get multi view to work. Is there more that needs to be done. Said it installed. Every thing seemed to work fine but no multi view

Way to show appreciation for someone else's work that you're using for free. It didn't work for me either but come on man, what do you hope to achieve with that comment? As stated previously he worked on this while he was on vacation. It's one thing to let him know something he added is not working and maybe we can figure it out together but another to bash the guy who's work you're using for free. If he doesn't live up to your expectations maybe you should create your own Rom. I'm sure you won't disappoint yourself.

I have seen touchwiz launchers on none samsung ROM's but that is all you would get. Multiwindow will not and can not work on a nonsamsung based rom. Not until something is built from scratch to emulate what it does...so nope

No. TW and AOSP are entirely different frameworks.

Oh ok, is there a theme then? I saw in the play store that there was a touch wiz theme of the galaxy s4 which is what I wanted for cm10.1 but it says for T-Mobile theme chooser. Would it not work for my device if I went to cm10.1?

I believe CM still uses the t-mobile theme chooser. It's been a while since I used it... question if you want TW features why not use a samsung based ROM then ?

Agrred. Check the Android Development section. There are loads of TW ROMS, even some that look like AOSP but include TW features.

Well I'm actually using the hyperdrive 10 ROM and I noticed you've used it too. I like it but my signal stays on h+ or 3g and I don't get 4g unless I go to stock or cm10. And cm also had great battery life with my phone and I think it also has working group message and no problems at all. I'm thinking of either going back to the backup of csrom 1.2 or going to cm for battery life and a good signal because hyperdrive isn't working well and I want a touch wiz look.

nope. backups made in a respective custom recovery cannot be restored in another custom recovery.
what you can do is reinstall cwm, restore your backup and then install twrp again.
post #2 in the link in my signature has both cwm (6.0.3.0) and twrp (2.4.3.0) recovery-flashable zips under "Build your own Must Have toolkit"
the developer has discontinued it. but he released to code to it and some one else has picked it up. its now called wanam xposed and its in the play store. trying it now and will report back
update: works fantastic, and has even more useful features. for those who dont want infamous but want most of 3minit framworks options, this is the way to go

Hey enthusiasts,
just got the t-mo S4 and hate how the thing is full of preloaded junk. i have been using a CM10 S3 up until now, but upgraded to S4.
Is there a ROM that would still allow WiFi-Calling? I just have all that t-mo crap thats on there.
Please direct me if you can
Thanks
Or is there a way to remove all that crap with-out rooting and installing a rom?
You could root and remove the bloat yourself. Its located in /system/app. Oh and no you need root.

Yes you can still keep WiFi calling. Unlike before the Wi-Fi calling is now built into the framework. Either root and delete bloatware or flash a tmobile base ROM to retain WiFi calling.

I doubt the bloatware is whats allowing the wifi calling.
Wicked rom is fully debloated and still has wifi calling. Great ROM! Has aroma installer so you can add bloat as you see fit or easily theme without wiping.
Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
Root and titanium backup pro would do this also. Or, flash the debloater file that's floating around here which hits most of it, then hit the rest of it manually.

Yeah, Wicked v5.1 is awesome. I have the same requirement (keeping wifi calling), or I'd be on either one of the GE ROMS or CM10.x, but Wicked is a great replacement.
Make sure to get the Xposed Framework with the Wanam Xposed mods. Those work well with Wicked and allow you to do stuff like disable that annoying volume warning.

That would depend on what is Sacs rom and what do you really want out of your phone. There are a number of great roms. you just have to choose the one you like,

This is the first Android phone that I have had where I actually have no desire to flash any custom ROMs. That's how great this phone is (and how not crappy Touchwiz is). I mean, Touchwiz isn't the greatest, and it is full of bloat, but it doesn't get in the way at all. Also, i've used Xposed Framework to add some of the tweaks that I normally like from some other ROMs.
So even if your favorite ROM isn't available yet for the Note 3, I would still say it's never a bad time to make the jump. It's a great phone no matter if it's ROM'd or stock.
Sacs custom ROM has many visual and software features keeps touchwiz but removes crappy apps like s health but still keeps some I use like group play and stock notification except allowing the change of colors notification icon colors but also allows me to choose between different launchers at install without meshing them all together ( I like KitKat) comes with a custom kernel but I can flash another, oh and comes with a lot of small adjustments like hotspot tweak (unlimited) and more but basically I'm looking for those 3 main things in a ROM
Touchwiz with less crap
KitKat launcher
And hotspot tweak
