[Q] How to get error log? - HTC One X

Hello guys,i just wanted to know how to get the error log out of my device? I mean, where can i find it? For the past 4 or 5 weeks my phone randomly restarts and ask me if i want to send the error report to HTC,of course i send it but i wanted to know how to get it myself on my PC.Maybe somebody here knows what is wrong with my device and could help me stop this restarts that my phone has because HTC have no response for me after several emails.I think it's a software problem and not a hardware problem.I keep reading the forum about the hardware malfunctions that other people have but my device has none of the simtoms that the other people have with the hardware faults,so this is posibly just a software problem.
Thank you,and sorry for the long post.

[Q] Need help testing game (solitaire)

I've got a crash report with information about problems with loading image file from someone with HTC Desire. Could someone test if this game works on Desire:
https://market.android.com/details?id=magory.spiderhd2
And if it doesn't help me find the problem?
Works for me
Thanks. I had it reported three times, but maybe it was by one person with some problematic firmare. I suspect PNG files compatibility, I'll try changing them with next update and just check if the reports appear again...

[Q] I Noob struggling to update Samsung Galaxy Note 2

Hi Guys
I have been reading for one day through all the threads looking to get one that suits my issue but I cannot find one that describes my issue exactly. Please I am "Technologically disabled" and do not understand all the terminology. My Note 2 started freezing and shutting down by itself after I have been using it for nearly 1 year with no issues. So I have done all the stuff like factory reset nearly 15 times but with no success. About two weeks ago I saw I am still running on Android 4.1.2. I have tried to update it through Kies but I got the message:" GT-N7100 does not support initializing".
I then followed the advise on this website to disconnect the device and download the update. Then I re connect my device in downloading mode and connect it to Kies and go through all prompts but then I get this message when it is suppose to download:" Cannot access model information server.
Can someone please help me to get this note 2 updated, it will be much appreciated.

Khalahari

I agree with joy845's reply if you're up for it, but this could be hardware. I haven't heard of issues like this on 4.1.2

./adb devices offline

Hey People.
I am wondering if anyone could take a second look at my problem. I have had a lot of help from the forum from HTCNerdYoda and i feel guilty for taking up so much of his time and expertise.
Basically I guess my iniitlal unroot attempt went wrong in some part. Now although Rootchecker states i am not rooted. I have files lingering connected to SuperSu....I have been advised the files i need to flash to the phone through boot loader, but i don't seem to be able to connect from my mac using./adb devices it says List of devices attached FA46MWM12742 Offline....i have tried powering down, rebooting, turning off the mac reconnecting....although the phone is on and connected still saying Offline and been trying for hours now.
Can I ask for a fresh set of eyes to cast a look and see if anyone can offer something i am not doing or missing.
thanking you in advance
There is no need to open another thread for the same problem. If anyone else want to help you, they will help you in the same thread.

First of all, I am sorry if I posted this in the wrong forums section, I was told to ask for help here

Just please remove the spaces i've done above to see the picture, i had to do it because it shows that my message is just a spam topic
for some reason around a month ago my phone had some serious lag when i tried to do a phone call, I tried after that to restart my phone then the problem started here.
since then I am stuck on this page, nothing is working
I tried to send the phone to some local companies that are supposed to fix phones, they told me that they have no idea how to fix it.
I think it should say official instead of modified but I've been told that it shows this after i try to play with the coding of the phone which is something I've never done before as its not my job and risking an expensive phone is not something i am looking for.
it would be a great idea if you guys can help me out,
I've tried few things such as
Factory reset
recovery
wipe cache partition
None of the things above helped at all, recently factory reset is not even downloading anything to the phone, it just skips to the bootloader page again
I am using : HTC one M8

Here is the guide for using qfil most probably the issue is with the drivers make sure you are using correct drivers
https://forum.xda-developers.com/k5-plus/how-to/unbrick-vibe-k5-plus-qfil-qpst-method-t3467830
