To replace your shutdown animation on your custom rom...
If you want to replace shutdown animation for stock animation:
navigate to /system/media/video/shutdown and replace/overwrite "shutdown.qmg"
(extract shutdown.qmg from rar file)

I thought it was inside the boot.img? (The kernel?)
The actual boot image is in the kernel/boot.img...
If you're looking to change the boot animation... you can put a different boot animation - "bootanimation.zip" in /system/media

i can't found it, I only see the "how to unlock the bootanimation" but i haven't note 2 i would to port the animation from note 2 to my phone

So you want it in a flash able format?
You will need to replace the respective files and set permissions.
Making a flash able zip would be harder.

This is another beautiful static boot animation created by me. Enjoy it.
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Download the file
2.Move it to SD CARD
3.Rename it : bootanimation.zip
4.Move it here : system/media [ Replacing the one you already have, but not before you make a copy of the original boot animation ] and set all the necessary permissions while replacing.
5.Reboot
