How to flash stock T-mobile ROM?

I'm sending my SGSIII back to t-mobile and want to flash the stock T-mobile ROM. Where can I find this ROM?

So I found the stock rom, but when I'm using ODIN in download mode, I get the following error:

did u put the tar in the PDA section?

Dude find a guide where's there's step by step on how to flash with Odin. Also I think I have heard making sure Kies is not running in the background meaning exiting the program.

im trying to stock firmware my phone but i keep getting this error in odin

have i downloaded the wrong firmware or what i cant get it to connect to kies either as its on ODIN mode

i wish i could im stuck on firmware upgrade encountered an issue

i got kies to work on a firmware recovery ill post too see if it works

hey i have a rom installed on my note 2 n7100 model running v4.3 .... the rom is running but i found that i don't have a recovery mod [no philz/twrp].. i used to have philz but suddenly when the rom is flashed the recovery mod has gone
how can i get a recovery mod???

and other times odin stops responding,.,, im afraid my phone would get bricked every time i do this

You might have to flash a rom that includes the pit file it sounds like yours I'd corrupt. I think there is a rescue package on mskips toolkit

yea my baseband is unknown cant search fo networks error and imei is null and by mistake delete efs folder please info me what to do tried kies reformat it please help
