Galaxy note II Cynogenmod 10.1 Multitasking - Galaxy Note II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello. I have basically been trying to find out whether Cynogenmod 10.1 on 4.2 has any supported functionality for multitasking various apps? I have been hunting and have been reading about cornerstone but am not entirely sure. If anybody could point me in the correct direction, I would be very grateful.

No. Corner stone is very buggy and hasn't seen any real development in awhile.

[Q] port feature note 3/8/10 to samsung galaxy tab 3 8'0

I'm so sorry if, this is a duplicated thread or maybe i just can't find true thread from my question.
I'm noob, yes i am,
To the poiint.
1.can we get/port/install some feature from another android, like make some mod so we can use s-pen for galaxy tab 3?
Thanks
The S - Pen is hardware. No amount of software will make it work the same as it does on the Notes.

I am NOT sure many things can be ported !!! Since Tab and Notes have a VERY different hardwares

[Q] Cyanogenmod on Tab S

Hey, I did a lot of searching but couldn't find anything about this (surprisingly) so..:
Is somebody already working on a Cyanogenmod version for the Tab S / will there ever be one?
Yes it's being worked on. If the Dev cracks it you'll see a thread in Development.

I would find it unlikely due to the fact that is hasn't happened on the Note 2014, Note Pro, or Galaxy Tab Pro, or the Tab S, which all feature the same Exynos 5 based SoC, and all have far more custom rom and development work.

The sheer awesomeness of the prospect makes it metaphysically more likely. I call this Awesome Theory and I just made it up.

Possible to port cm11 from Tab S?

So it seemed like us tab pro owners with the exynos5 were forever destined to be stuck in touchwiz hell until i started browsing the galaxy tab s forum, where I saw there is a group well on their way to porting CM ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-s/general/cwm-recovery-6-0-5-0-galaxy-tab-s-8-4-t2824099 )
Since the tab S runs on the exynos 5420 like the tab PRO 10.1, I was wondering; if they are successful, if this could be then be ported to give us some CM love?
several threads on here discussing this subject. here is one of them.

Any thing is possible. I detailed my porting efforts in the thread plus I have my code up on github.. Which I need to update. Just needs someone to do it.

[Q] Run Galaxy Note OS on my Galaxy Tab S

Hello a few weeks ago I met someone with a Galaxy Note 2 who was running a custom OS on his phone that gave him Note 3 capabilties which made me wonder, can I run a Note tablet OS on my Galaxy Tab S and buy an S Pen that will allow me to use features like Air Command & S Note?
If so, I'd like to know how. Thanks in advance.
Won't work. You can't run a note ROM on a tab S and the tab S screen isn't capable of reading an S pen.
I remember seeing some S pen stuff in the list of installed apks in the stock ROM. I suspect they all use more it less the same software. If the hardware isn't there, it is left unused.
Similarly, you see some phone stuff in the Wi-Fi version. Doesn't mean you can make calls.

Galaxy Tab 3 T217A Flash

"GALAXY TAB 3" NOT GALAXY NOTE 3... SORRY!
Good day,
I have an ATT galaxy tab 3 T217A and I've seen a lot of old threads about not being able to flash custom ROMS on it. I was just wondering if anyone knows of a way to do thiso or is it still a "no go"?
The firmware on it is 4.2.2 but on other models they are running 4.4.2. ..? I don't like the old feel to it and would love to update it a bit and maybe make it run a little smoother in the process.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
