go to development section you will find roms there , just read and read.

Unfortunately there is no such thing as a "stock" debloated rom right now for the S4, all of them have some customization.
If you are looking for a really excellent rom to flash "Wicked v3" check this out: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2265998
It is not stock but it has all the carrier and samsung bloatware removed and has many outstanding features.

get titanium backup to remove any carrier bloatware apps, if you already have root then get a SU manager app and download goomanager and get TWRP recovery on your phone, after that you can download a stock.qmg to have the international i9500 boot up screen without the tmobile in it. that's as stock as I think you can get.

Titanium Backup no longer deletes all the bloatware system apps, it used be able to do remove
a lot of it before the S4 hit the scene. All Titanium can do now is simply "freeze" the system apps.
There are only perhaps 2-3 system apps at most which it can delete now, hopefully Titanium will
get updated so it will have the ability again to really do a good job getting rid of the bloatware.

Oh, I don't really use that to delete bloatware, I usually use root explorer and just delete the apps I just wanted to give him a easy workaround, you can also get an app called no more bloat o something like that, I works wonders.

Yes, root explorer can delete any files.
That's about the only way we can remove/delete bloatware now.
Even the "System App Remover" and the "Root Uninstaller" app
from the play store no longer removes/uninstall bloatware.
Those apps also need to be upgraded so they can delete bloatware in the S4.
OP just make sure that instead of deleting the apps with root explorer you 'move' them to a folder in your sd card, that way if you mess anything up you can always move the apps back where they belong. Best of luck.

??? No problems with TB whatsoever and i've been using it on the S4 since the beginning a month ago.
It deletes everything i want to, even without having a backup of the item.

Either Freeze the apps with Titanium Backup Pro, or delete the APK's using Root Explorer (apps are in /system/app).

thank you so much for your help guys! the titanium software worked! I've got all that junk i didn't want deleted.... saved me a ton of headache since I have to look through the phone a thousand times to find the one piece of software i wanted.
are there any walkthroughs on debloating a stock (rooted) rom? i don't really care to flash a rom on the wifes phone but would love to debloat it a bit for her to get rid of a bunch of these stupid programs currently taking up space.

Just go to settings/applications and select the ap you don't want. Delete it and viola...your debloated.

That's not true. You can debloat the stock ROM by using titanium backup or deleting the apks from your system/app folder with a root explorer.

Use debloater, titanium backup or root uninstaller from market.
Ofcause u need root to remove system apps or just freeze them, same result

Is it possible to remove the bloatware apps on a HOX without having to flash a new Rom? I can deal with rooting my phone but the rom business is confusing and id rather keep Sense but get rid of the pointless apps if thats possible

Get "Root Explorer" or any other file explorer with root capabilities.
Mount R/O.
Go to "system ->app" and remove what you like.
Keep in mind that there are some system apps that shouldn't be removed though!

Is it easy to upgrade rom, say when KLP is released?
You must make a nandroid backup directly after flashing the custom recovery. You need it to get back to full stock to be able to have official updates.
If you want to delete system apps i would like to recommend titanium backup.....you can uninstall and re-install system apps.
Removing Bloatware
Try an app called "Root App Delete". I tested it by removing one piece of bloatware and seems to work very well (you must be rooted).
Being over cautious I have disabled (rather than deleted) all other bloatware for 2 weeks now just to be sure all is ok to delete.

you can try sd maid, rom toolbox, root uninstall,
See you have many options now
Thanks for your replies, can you not get OTA updates when you're rooted even if you stick with stock Rom then?
Yes you can but you have to leave the rom itself 100% stock (no removing of system apps) and you have to reflash the stock recovery after applying the root because you root the rom via a custom recovery.....i dont know exactly if a tool can root the rom without a custom recovery.....

You may be aware of this but if your rooted there are debloat apps such as "System app remover (ROOT)"

I like it as it allows you to retain a backup incase you remove too much which did happen to me once. Using a product like this you can stay stock but trim the fat. The apps that remain will continue to be updated without issue.

Yes, I am aware of that. I was looking for a ROM because:
1- I'm lazy and don't want to go through the trouble of figuring out which apps to remove one by one.
2- I already tried doing that with Titanium, but didn't have enough storage to do a Nandroid backup first, and I ended up soft-bricking my device.
