[Q] Note 2 Standby problem

Hey guys,
i got a problem with my note 2. Sometimes i can't wake up my phone by pressing the home or powerbutton. The LED is blinking because i got a whatsapp message, so the phone is on. This happens once a week and this is really annoying, because i have to pull the battery to reboot the phone. It happened 2 times now and i haven't found a solution for this bug. I can't send the phone to samsung because i am sure, that they can't detect the issue, because it just happen once a week and i know that they just check software problems with a script and if the script says the phone is ok, then they will just send me the phone back.
i have to mention that samsung had already replaced my mainboard because of a kamera problem. since i got the new mainboard, i have this problem.
anybody have the same problem and knows how to solve it?

[Q] touchscreen sometimes not responding

2 weeks ago I broke my screen on my n7100. I was lucky and my touch screen was not broken. I have repaired the screen and it's working again. But now I have the following issue. Very often my touch screen freezes out of the blue. Nothing works on the screen. I have to turn it off (not completely) and when I push the home button everything works again.
Does anyone know how to fix this? In my opinion it cant be the new screen, because it emidatedly works again after switching on and of as explained above.
How can help?
Other question. Is my warranty now void once I have repaired the screen my self?

have you tried the samsung test as in *#0*# and if all fine try to flash rom fresh

Home button sometimes not working and Screen randomly shuts off

I'm using my dad's Note 10.1 (2014) and I've been experiencing some problems. The screen would randomly just turn off (but it doesn't shut down) when I looked away. I thought it was the smart eye detection feature thingy but when I checked, it was already turned off. Another problem is that the home button and/or the capacitive just randomly stops working. Had to reboot the device in order to get it working again. At first I thought it was some hardware problem but I'm pretty sure it isn't. So yeah. Does anyone face the same problems? I've heard this device have some software issues that causes this but after some searching I got no answers.

I have your problem too. i have thiss issue on Stock rom. i use for one day Resurrection Remix ROM. i havn't see this issue.

Touch no responsive after call

HI, guys. You my only hope. 6 month ago a replaced my screen with screen from Ali. Sometimes I have problem, that after call touchscreen became unresponsive screen is working . Reboot with pwr + volume up do the job. I do some research. Proximity sensor is OK, even with disabled touch, thanks OTG cable.
Problem is unstable. O can't repeat it. Happens Suddenly.
This problem is rom independent. But I used only stock, and now on stock based custom

i have the exact same problem with you and i think is screen related.
i ll perform the proximity sensor check and if it is not the source of the problem,i ll take off my screen,give a cleaning at the connections and put it back on, to notice it s behaviour.
hope i won t break my screen cause it happened before:fingers-crossed:
my screen has started un gluing from the left side of the display and screen is lifted upwards ,i just mention this for the possibility of causing a problem with those freezes during incoming calls,but i can t think of anything.
probably i need to order a new display(not from the same seller of course) cause it is a little dim too,if it s not fixed after trying those i really don t know what i will do with my phone,it really gives in my nerves with this problem(otherwise i m very satisfied of owning it).
i ll come back reporting after making my tests...
EDITroximity sensor check OK,no problem.
cleaned the connections of my screen and i have only 1 freeze after 40 calls,but is still there and is only a day that passed..
i can t target if my problem is hardware or software,i ll flash stock lollipop with flashtool and wait for some days,but if it appears again what should be my next step?
any ideas welcomed..
EDIT 2:after five days on stock 5.1,problem seems to dissapeared,so i supposed it is related to an app...
EDIT3:till now everything is OK.

Unresponsive touch screen

Hi there, first of all I've seen some other threads which kind of have the same problem but not quite. So here is my problem my touch screen isn't responding most of the time, it started happening like a week ago when it froze while trying to send a picture in messenger, after 1-2 reboots it started working again but after that the same thing happened while I was typing in messenger, so I thought it might be software problem and made hard reset and installed new stock android(that didn't help). The last couple of days most of the time it's not working and I'm using it with a mouse, but there are periods when it works for some time. I've entered the hidden menu(without updating the touch firmware because I saw that it might kill it for good) to try and test it and had 2 different results
- The touch screen firmware version on my phone is -1
- And the one from the photos that I've attached(obviously during this one it actually worked for a couple of minutes)
Something else I've noticed while the touch isn't working when I turn off the screen from the power button first it dims the light for 2 seconds before really turning off.
Other things that I've tried are changing kernel, opening the back of the phone and reconnecting the screen to the motherboard(which helped the first time and it worked for 1 day or so but doesn't help since then) .
There is one more strange thing for some time now may be 3-4 months the phone has problems connecting to WiFi)
And one last thing after the screen problem the phone started booting quite slow some times and showing "Process System Not Responding'"
The phone is running on Stock V30b MM and hasn't been dropped for a long time
The problem is that I don't know is it software problem, screen problem or motherboard so any Ideas will be appreciated.
