Try that:
Install Linux Terminal Emulator
Then in this app :
Type "su"
Give superuser permissions
Type "mkdir /sdcard"
Type "ln -s /sdcard /storage/sdcard0"
(Do not type the ")
It may work, but I'm not sure though. My sdcard has always been sdcard0 since I use jelly bean and I never experienced any problems with that...

If it doesn't work you could also edit /etc/vold.fstab with a root explorer and, in the last line, replace /storage/sdcard0 by /sdcard

No problem! Instead of typing these commands in Linux Emulator, type them on your computer, in adb shell. And before typing these commands type adb remount.
So it should be like
adb remount
adb shell
Other commands...

Hi, I can´t find tun for openVPN
I´m at stock kernel (3.0.15-671647) and ALF2...
I have only found next tun.ko compatible kernels:
Android: 4.0.4
Kernel: 3.0.8-Semaphore_ICS_1.2.2s (3.9)
Android: 4.0.4
Kernel: 2.6.35.7-perf-CL945787 (cm_cooper-eng 4.0.4 IMM76I eng.maclaw.20120512.163413 test-keys)
Android: 4.0.4
Kernel: 3.1.10-subZero-1.2 (IMM76D)
Is nobody here who can help me?
Now I have a custom Kernel who involves tun.
But when I start openVPN i become a failure:
linux ifconfig failed could not execute external program
What´s the problem.
Can anybody help me?
Had the same problem here - make sure busybox is installed to /system/xbin (not /system/bin). I just used Busybox from the market, and set the path.

Same thing here, with the stock kernel
look for "openVPN für Android" in the playstore. openvpn works like a charm even without root.

Thanks, that fixed it. I'm on stock rom, just rooted. But I'm using tap not tun.

Have you activated tun option? In openVPN settings?
Edit: Ok, now it's running fine.

Another question. Need you accept applications running as root in Droid wall? Only openVPN should get a IP table accept. No other root application. Is this possible?

Use "open VPN installer" from googleplay to correct this. set it tp /system/xbin and not ../bin or .../bb
Hello guys,
Some Samsung sounds are cool on our S3, but especially for notifications, I prefer ICS one's.
So, I made a flashable ZIP for CWM, to get back defaults sounds from ICS, JellyBean, and CM9.
Just choose what you prefer, or you can flash the 3 zip files straight if you want to have a big list of notifications/ringtones.
Note that it will let the Samsung default sounds. I could write a script to delete it, but don't have time right now. If some people are interested in it, I'll do it next week.
Also note that the default UI sounds (ie camera sounds, lock/unlock sounds, clic, etc), will be the latest zip you flashed, and so, default Samsung ones will be replaced. You'll have to flash the SIII_Default_UI_Sounds.zip to just let default Samsung UI sounds.
Final note : Once flashed, if you want to revert to stock and deleting the sounds you flashed, for now you can't. Same problem as for default Samsung sounds, have to write a script to delete the flashed stuff. If people want, I'll do it.
Should work on any devices, but I only tested on my S3 runnning LG6.
I'm not responsible if it crash your rom or brick your phone...
Hi there,
Thank you so much for this! But what about the keytones (phone keypad sounds)? The S3 stock waterdrop sound is horrendous, and disabling it will also disable the keyboard's keypress sound... would you mind making a sound pack for this too?
Cheers!
Those dialer sounds are a goddamn mystery, pls just tell me where they are and i¨ll fix it myself! Have been searching for those sounds for ages now. Not one answer anywhere.
very good job, congratulations
Thanks for sharing

Hi,
Extract the sounds of a Sense rom (just download-it no matter which unless you want the sounds of Sense 3/3.1/4*, etc...) in system/media/audio/ui-ringtones-notifications-etc..., (choose what you want) and copy/push-it into system/media/audio... With the correct permissions for each files (.ogg).
Set permissions like this:
Do that for each files if you are alredy with the rom that you want, otherwise when you flash your new rom you can just replace/modifie the files inside the .zip, flash and you're also good!
After that no matter regardless of where the sounds come, the most important is the folder and the permission settings and also the sound format (I mean .ogg)
Reboot/flash and you're good!
Thanks a lot I just have a problem, when I push the files I want, it simply doesn't work
Well, will try again ^^

That is to say? You are Roote?
You want what sounds Sense?
You have carefully checked the permissions, your sounds in the correct folder? You restarted?
[quote = Nyto75] Simply it does not work [/ quote]
Ok, but ... That is to say?
In. Ogg it works for me, no matter the source as long as you set your property sounds in the correct folder with the correct permissions ...
I took the sounds of my notifications Galaxy Nexus + my HTC Sensation without problems.
If you want a hand-> MP and we can take a look
On that note, good night and keep me posted.

When you can change them the permission must be like ob the picture.
Or factory reset or flash stock firmware or go into recovery advanced->fix permission

Home/Vol UP - Up

Ok I finally rooted the ouya. I have a harddrive formatted to ntfs but when I'm in es file explorer and I add r/w support for usb source it switches back to read? So when I connect to the ouya via ftp and try adding a file I get an error message but transferring from the ouya is ok.
ok, I installed usb otg helper and I was able to read and write to ntfs. But I cant get the plus version to register, I purchaced it since the free one won't auto mount.
This is a known issue.
There's no Google Services Framework on the Ouya with the stock firmware.
This means no working Google account sync. no account services, and no Google Play Market.
As a result, the DRM in that paid app doesn't work correctly so you cannot use the app.

all my drives are ext3, I think since your usng ntfs probably ouya is mounting it first and causing usbotghelper to not see it. just a thought

Find the solution I create a init.d folder on /system/etc, and create a script umount /usbdrive, so now, when the ouya boot, it umount usbdrive and mount again but with USB OTG Helper

using usbotg helper and sambafilesharing app I cant seem to get write permission with the ouya, if I transfer a file to the ouya it shows up but is not playable doing the same thing using ftpdroid its playable.Very strange
Hello!
I recently rooted my WFS and installed CM 10.1.
Today, I downloaded CM11, tried to install it, but installation aborts with error status 7.
I bough my WFS in Croatia, already successfully installed few roms so I am a little bit confused. Am I missing something here?

Might be because of the recovery.....you will have to flash a newer recovery(TWRP 2.7.0.0 or CWM 6.0.4.8) to flash kitkat based roms
