Will AT&T 32GB work on T-Mobile HSPA+ (NYC)? - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S 4

Hey,
Sorry if this has been posted before, couldn't find it when I searched.
I'm in need of a phone, I gave away my current phones. And we have no source of news that T-Mobile will receive any 32GB or 64GB S4.
So I was wondering if I buy the AT&T 32GB S4 will it work on HSPA+ when I use it on T-Mobile in NYC.
Thank you.

Will an att unlocked phone read all the tmobile bands that the tmobile s4 will?

T-Mobile and the Internation Note

I recently purchased an international note, and i put my sim card in and everything but i'm only picking up edge, no hsdpa. I'm with tmobile, and i know i'm in a spot where i used to pick up hsdpa on my original note. If my understanding is right, the note 2 is quad band and should work on all us carriers as long as its unlocked right? any help is greatly appreciated. thanks!
btw. i'm rooted and running hypernote 0.3
What version of Note1 did you have. It's been mentioned 1000 times on this forum, the N7100 does not support Tmobile HSPA+ unless you are in a refarmed area. If you are counting on using TMobile, sell your phone and buy the TMobile version. That way you can use it anywhere and not depend on finding refarmed tower which are only in a handfull of cities at the moment.

Please what do you think? Please... N7100 versus T889(Note 2 T-Mobile)

Hi, maybe i'm planning to get Note2 T-Mobile. Please what do you think? Because my story is before my phone was Galaxy S2 T-Mobile using Straight Talk T-Mobile SIM card honestly got down speed in my area Philadelphia 11.5 Mbps:victoryi swear to God). Now because i was getting excited with Note 2, so i bought Note 2 N7100 international. Now I'm using Straight Talk AT&T micro SIM card is very-very sucks, down speed only 2-4Mbps!! Should i stick/keep my Note 2 N7100 international or sell it and get Note 2 T-Mobile (T889)???? But also i love:victory: development forum international device is always more thread than compare US device forum. If you were me , what you gonna do? Because all i know T-Mobile is getting LTE in 2013. Thank you very much. Appreciate.

if u looking for speed...you have to go with att or tmobile branded note 2. No international since us carriers got their own respective frequencies.

[Q] Using a T-Mobile Note 2 on AT&T?

Hello,
I have the ability to purchase a T-Mobile Note 2 right now. The problem is my carrier is AT&T. I'm not interested in getting LTE to work only HSPA+, but will that even work? To do it, would I have to unlock it, how would I do that? Also once it is unlocked and working with AT&T, would I flash AT&T Note 2 ROMs or the T-Mobile Note 2?
Thanks,
Chughes13x
Man, how many of these TMobile on ATT posts do there have to be? Search before posting!
Yes it works, I get 8Mbps down on good days, worst I have seen is 2 Mbps. You will have to unlock your phone, SEARCH for the free unlock. I've seen it posted here, in the N7100 forums and S3 forums. You should be able to find easily. For roms, stick with the TMobile roms on a TMobile phone.
If you don't have plans on going to TMobile or LTE, I would suggest the N7100 international version. More rom development, faster firmware leaks and releases. I also got better battery life out of my N7100. I kind of wish I would not have traded my N7100 for the TMobile Note2. The TMobile version is easier to hack if you want to put it on an ATT dumb phone plan.

Best buys "exclusive'

So I have T-Mobile here as well as my girl. I'm getting mine from T-Mobile 1week from know when its available on T-Mobile. My girl wants the golden one but HTC shafted T-Mobile by not making it a best buy exlcusive who has no deals with T-Mobile. My question is if an at&t model will work on tmobile if anyone out there has tried or are they carrier locked?
Most likely not unlocked imo.

I can tell you that the Verizon model is unlocked and will work with LTE and HSPA+ on T-mobile but only HSPA+ on At&t...

Will Sprint Tab S4 work on T-Mobile Data Plan

I am on TMO but I got a great deal on a Sprint S4. Given the proposed merger between Sprint and TMO I was wondering if the Sprint version will work on a TMO data plan. If not, will Sprint unlock a non blacklisted IMEI to allow its use on TMO?
Thanks
I believe Sprint is CDMA and TMobile is GSM so I don't believe you can use it on TMobile today. You'll have to call TMobile to confirm. If they do merge most likely they'll quickly have SIMs to support the tablet. So I'd hold onto the tablet.

Doing some additional research, LTE is based upon GSM, not CDMA. The Sprint version has a sim card slot. If I can get it unlocked it should work fine on any other LTE carrier using the same frequencies. There's a store in town that charges a fee to unlock devices. I'll stop by and see if they can unlock my S4. It is also interesting that the Sprint version does not have the word "Sprint" printed on the back. I wonder if the Sprint version is the same as the international version locked to Sprint.
