try wechat
There is many app like that in play store. And most of them are free. You can see those app always on top list on play store. Skype, wechat, line, kakao, etc.
You should try them all since they are free. Just yourself can decide it's suitable for you or not

I'm trying to find the best voice assistant app, and apparently Robin and Vlingo are pretty good, but if anyone has recommendations, feel free to let me know

It depends really on what you need from a voice assistant, as Google Now is more of a search/information tool than a full fledged assistant. If all you need is asking about the weather, how to get to locations, good restaurants, random trivia, etc. Google Now is probably the best. If what you need is searching up contacts, sending SMS messages, changing settings on your phone, S Voice is a good option, although there are others.
Did you really ask(sighs) Google now sir

For searching it is good, but I'm looking for an app that can send/read texts, open facebook, things like that. Vlingo seems to work well, though the first time I downloaded the app, it kept freezing when I tried to go into car mode
Try "Assistant" It's in the Play store, free and an customizable Avatar that adds to it.
Can anyone please tell me what this is. I found it on my phone and i never downloaded that from the app store. I downloaded a couple of those .25 cent store and now this appeared. Do ineed it if not so i can uninstall it. Any help would be appreciated.

Wth is this and why does it automatically install in my phone?
After a quick search:
Google Play services - Google services for Android apps
Google Play services lets Android apps from the Google Play Store integrate with Google+ and Google Accounts. To work correctly, some apps may require Google Play services to be present and up to date.
Google Play services is usually updated automatically on Android devices. You can also install or update it manually from the Google Play Store.

Bad move from Google. Forcing us to use their Facebook like service. The should remain an open company instead.

Yes, confirm this, stupid move from google, i never use social drugs, no gplus, no twit, no face, all are disabled on my phones and PC. Remember months ago when opening google an gplus message appear over and over. This is google, an big spammer.

Request
Can you please indicate me about cool apps, which improve the phone use experience.
I don't know exactly what I want, there are so many posibilities whit android, I'm sure there must be a lot of cool and/or useful apps. Like recording the call, something that changes the voice, or anything useful, funny, or even weird
Thanks!
Go to Play Store and type in the search bar the application that you want. It will give you multiple apps to choose from related to your search.
Only yourself can know what app you really like to install on your phone.

I mean, telephone call related apps, not apps en general. Most of all, I've seen apps for record the call, but is there some cool app that can replace the original, or automate something using the hardware availability, or any other.
Thanks!
