If you partition your sdcard your data into sdcard will lost. Try to backup sdcard first

Thanks I actually got it to work, I wasn't making the second partition primary. But still how do I boot in to "recovery mode"? I hold down the volume lower button when I turn on my phone and nothing happens.

After I installed TWRP recovery, when I try to flash a new rom the installer says that the rom is not compatible, because it's built for another device. Something like "this is yuga, this rom is compatible with - the xperia zl name -". Do you know how to fix it?

It is. It looks like after installing the recovery the device identify itself as yuga, causing the problem. I don't know if I have to flash another boot or recovery or kernel to fix this.

Not always. If you are using stock based rom you just need stock kernel. However to use cm based roms you'll need this respective kernel.

Sorry for maybe a silly question... but don't know how to go on...
Tried the instructions I found but had no success.
First of all I rooted it with Flashtool => Works
Than I installed CWM => Works
Copied 4.4.2 Beanstalk Rom and Gapps ins CWM folder on SD Card
Booted into CWM, formated everything, installed both zips, restarted => Black => no start => no possiblity to boot in cwm.
Flashed Original Stock rom with Flashtool again => Phone lives again.
Tried a second time => same results....
Where is my failure? Is there an other option to flash from 4.1 to 4.4 than CWM? Do I have to flash Kernel seperatly?
Many thanks in advance.

make sure you wipe your data, dalvik, and cache

me too.... till I found this instructions
wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Install_CM_for_hikari
So step by step the way is:
Root Phone with Flashtool
Unclock the phone this way: wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Install_CM_for_hikari
(Is unlock also possible with flashtool?)
Install CWM.
Boot into CWM
Format Data
Install Rom
Install Gapps.
Correct?

Fota recovery not use that command, if you flash boot.img (kernel with recovery). Your kernel will always be replace it with any recovery depend on ROM that you flash it, try to see FOTA with dd if command.
