First off there is no "CWM" app in the app store. Is it actually called x-parts? Where do I get it from?

That's what it says on the screen, safe mode. How do you boot into recovery mode?
If you partition your sdcard your data into sdcard will lost. Try to backup sdcard first

Go to theme/app section look for post about recovery by pvypart and download v5 install app then install cwm.
Then update app via play store to v7.
Look in sd card for xparts folder then move the recovery.tar to system/bin setting the right permissions check other files in folder for this.
Then you will get a working v7 xparts recovery.

HELP ME
I am sorry to intervene, but how come I always get boot loops when flashing this ROM via X Parts CWM. My phone was a 4.1.B.0.587 model, and I downgraded kernel using flashtool from .587 to .562 to root using doomlord. Once rooted, I then upgraded kernel again using flashtool. Now my phone is STOCK ROOTED with 4.1.B.0.587 model. Then I rebooted my phone to go to x Parts CWM once the blue notification LED is shown. This is when the annoying part starts.
1) Full wipe (factory wipe, cache wipe, dalvik cache wipe, battery stats wipe, even went to mount and storage and did /format -data, /format-system, /format - cache, /format - sd card ext.
2) Install zip from sd card to flash this ULTIMATE HD ROM. AROMA Installer loads and viola, I am at the first stage of AROMA installation.
3) I did even checked 'WIPE' in AROMA installation. When everything is done installed, it went back to CWM and it says something like
"Okay Ultimate HD has finished installing, phone will reboot. Thanks". So my arc s rebooted and then it went to have a bootloop. WTF. Guys help me please been trying to do this for 2 days. I never had any problem when using Thillinac Ice Cream Pureness. Grrr.

So weird ;
1. Why do downgrade to root--if you unlocked bootloader you're superuser.
2.If u unlock BL, now u dont even need Xparts...which use for lock BL
3.if you answer me "my phone still lock BL"--so u cannot flash modded kernel and modded ROM
Suggest for you = > use the stock kernel which recomended by the ROM....use CWM 5.0 or higher....

Hi everybody,
I have a stock Xperia arc S fully stock. Today I try to root my device and after I sucessufuly complete the root, I've started to unnistall all the unnecessary apps in order to improve the device speed. I was thinking I was doing everything right but I think I have unnistalled some apps that a shoudn't. After I exit the Titaniun backup I've notice that I have no launcher, so I try to reboot the device. After that it does not pass the second logo and I don't know what to do. Last time I've had the USB Debug off and now I can't turn it on to restore via PC company and I've allready try to flash the previous kernel but I really think the problem is related to some apps that I've had unnistall. Do you think you can help me solve my problem?
Thank you for your time :l

After rooting the device, did you install a custom recovery? you can download goo manager in the play store and install TWRP recovery and reboot to it. If you already have the recovery installed and cant boot to the recovery then use adb to reboot it. Or another way is download terminal emulator and reboot using command lines from you for...only if you have root.
are you on stock or non stock recovery .. And to get into download mode . As far as i know from a off state hold down vol down and power button . to get into down load mode and its vol up to recovery ..
Not tried on my note but its how it goes on the note 10.1 tablet and other samsung devices i have had

Negative, only stuff I installed after the root was superSU and titanium backup.. both of the paid versions. .. When I power up holding vol+ Home Power instead of any upload option I just get the following
Reboot sys now
Apply update from ADB
Apply update from external storage
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Apply update from cache
Tried wipe data/factory reset to clear the root mod (multi-csc), but basically just wiped my phone of everything else except the root, lol, so at that point I figured I should ask for help..

that is the stock recovery. You need to get root again since u factory reset it. Once u get superSU go to play store and download goo manager to install TWRP or if you prefer CWR then install rom manager.

reboot again and hold vol up home and power until samsung appears then let go of power, but still hold home and vol up until recovery comes up. from there you can select to install zip ,which would be your rom. make sure to do a clean install (factory data wipe, wipe cache) Then use the instructions the op has up from where you downloaded the rom. should be good to go.
