i wanted to switch kernel from lupus ics/gb v1 720p to lupus ics/gb v1 480p because i heard that 480p has more ram and i dont need 720p because i rarely record videos. So, the question is do i need to wipe dalvik cache or wipe other things or can i replace the 720p kernel?
Sorry for my bad english because it is not my native language.

Yes the same way butt you will lose the extra ram from lupus.

No because of custom partitions on LuPuS ICS/GB you will need to format data and system... so full wipe

System, data, cache and dalvik cache. So you will need to reflash ROM also.

I would like to downgrade my Play from ics++ to try JokaWild rom. Can anyone explain me the steps that i should follow?
Thanks!!!!!
i dont think a flash would work, best to backup your apps and data using a backup app, ie titanium backup, my backup etc. then flash jokawild then restore apps
I've flashed Jokawild but i had a bootloop.. Maybe i have to use a different kernel or firmware? I'm using Doomkernel v02

Thank you very much guys
I am now on R800i 4.0.2.A.0.58 EnhancedV2, DooMLoRD Kernel (v14), and Gin2JellyBean (v1.8.1). I am thinking about changing kernel from DooMLoRD Kernel (v14) to LuPuSv2-GB [STOCK-GB][LINARO]. I am also looking for proper rom to match with the change. what should I do? Can someone help?
Both of the kernels you mentioned work with the exact same roms... If you want to use LuPuS stock-gb, just flash it over DooMKerneL v14

You must install ION kernel like hurtsky kernel latest version, if you use beta2 and up
As far as I know those are pmem kernels and cm you are using is ion/pmem. That's why it doesn't work.
So I cant use other kernels?

If you don't use governors, CPU and gpu oc, recovery ( you can make backup your system), you don't change rom to custom rom you don't see different. Only boot screen doomlord you see not Sony ?
LT26i tap from Poland
for me i face lot of lags when i use it with costum roms BUT with sony stock .96 rom it changed a lot for me specially when you increase the gpu and play games like modern combat 5
Thank you for this info, which are the best governors ?
