I don't know much about miui but...
Try to download superuser from market, open it and let app upload some files, maybe that's only problem.
If.you get error, then download superSU and then try to open superuser and when ask to give permission, give it.
Then, superuser will download some files from internet and you'll have root again.
I hope you understood all
Best way is - read thread from where you downloaded ROM, there's , probably , your answer...

Did you try to ask dev of that ROM?
And have you got installed superuser app or superSU?

Try to flash cwm from this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=37748247
Or just try to root device again
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=31545627
But that MIUI is in early dev stage so it has a lot if bugs, but it's your choice.
Root again, or install superSU from market and try to play with that little bit.
As I heard from MIUI community, superSU is recommended.

I think his post went through google translate from spanish and "dicne" is a typo for "dice" so he means "all applications tell me"

Bingo you answered your own question. The reason you lost root the kernel you fllashed doesnt have it. You need to flash a kernel with superuser preinstalled.
I've done it and install another version doomkernel Lupus good kernel v8 and nothing worked, but if I had installed the superuser app try to install supersu but not all the same .. Although I found the way to solve the problem both with any kernel through a zip on here that returns the root the phone and you reinstall the superuser, anyway thanks for the help:good:
I tried to root my Samsung galaxy fame with Motochopper but it failed near the end. Then I tried to do it manually using cmd and instructions found on a different forum. But that failed aswell. I then used SRS one click root but it said Cant mount system (or something like that). Then lastly I used Framaroot 1.9.2. There was only one exploit (Aragorn) and when I went on it it said Failed. The error code for that was Error Code #7.
So can anyone tell ne if my phones impossible to root. (BTW Im on android version 4.1.2 Jellybean.

Hey guys!
I'm running a rooted phone with latest superSU. If some malicious app in the Playstore contains the towelroot-exploit and is trying to execute it, would the sulerSU-app kick in and ask for permission? Or would the app get root automatically?
Just want to know if my phone is safe or not...
Thanks guys!
Hey I was about to post the same question about the SGS5 Active, but it pointed me here.
I have a SM-G870A and SuperSU, and I used towelroot to do the root. Would the answer be dependent on the phone I'm using?
Would love to see an answer to this!

If your supersu doesn't complain about the way your phone is rooted then it should be able to control it...make sure u are specifying explicit permission grant in supersu settings (everytime)
I think I need to do a Flashback on my Tablet so I can truly root it. I've tried a few ways to root it and all have failed. SuperUser won't open at all. Tried to Towelroot, even tried Stump Root and Stump says the device is already rooted, but I know it's not...

Ok was able to run the SU Zip through CWM and had it rebooted after it was completed. Once it was on. I looked around on the Tablet and SU isn't installed. Running Root Checker Pro and it says the Devices appears to be running very Slow... Been on this screen for a few mins already.
Edit: Went back into CWM and Re-Booted... When I clicked on it a new page loaded and had an option to Fix Root... Choose it and Re-booted.
Downloaded SU from Google Play and it worked now... HUGE THANKS....
Well Crap... Says it's rooted. Xmod is getting Permission from Super User.. Mod installed in the Game... launch from xMod and the Game Crashes.
Ok opened SU and it triggered KNOX... Clicked to let SU to try and disable KNOX.... Been on that Screen for 5min so far...I also get a Security Notice Stating Unauthorized access to a secured area has been blocked.
..........................................................................
Unistalled SU and Restalled it. Let SU try and Fix KNOX again... Fixed it in just a Few Seconds.
Wroking 100% Now. The last issue was with XMod not the root.
BIG THANKS

king root says it doesn't have a strategy to root the device
This is probably too late, but NEVER install SU binaries via the app. I once tried this on my older phone and also stuck on boot loop like you guys. My recommendation is to manually flash the SU zip file via recovery. But unfortunately, there's still no custom recovery for K4 (there might be already, but I am not sure). So I think it's still not possible to use SuperSU on this phone.
