Hi, maybe i'm planning to get Note2 T-Mobile. Please what do you think? Because my story is before my phone was Galaxy S2 T-Mobile using Straight Talk T-Mobile SIM card honestly got down speed in my area Philadelphia 11.5 Mbps:victoryi swear to God). Now because i was getting excited with Note 2, so i bought Note 2 N7100 international. Now I'm using Straight Talk AT&T micro SIM card is very-very sucks, down speed only 2-4Mbps!! Should i stick/keep my Note 2 N7100 international or sell it and get Note 2 T-Mobile (T889)???? But also i love:victory: development forum international device is always more thread than compare US device forum. If you were me , what you gonna do? Because all i know T-Mobile is getting LTE in 2013. Thank you very much. Appreciate.

if u looking for speed...you have to go with att or tmobile branded note 2. No international since us carriers got their own respective frequencies.
Well, I have a carrier unlocked Note 2 from AT&T, and I have 1 sim from AT&T and another sim from T-Mobile... Okay... My Note 2 right now is with the International ROM that is all over the AT&T forums here on XDA (and t-mobile forums as well) with the multi-window feature... I added the AT&T APN and I get LTE with my AT&T sim of course...
Now, when I insert the T-Mobile sim I only get Edge on T-Mobile, just like the Note 1. All I need is to flash a hybrid modem or T-Mobile modem and I should get HSPA+ (3.5G) on T-Mobile, exactly as the Note 1...
I already ordered from ebay the dual sim adapter, I just need to wait for an Hybrid modem to show up and I am all set with high speed on both networks...
In the case of AT&T and T-Mobile... If you are going to use both networks... The best bet is to use a T-Mobile ROM and use it with AT&T instead of the other way around, because T-Mobile rom has wifi calling... So... The best choice is to use a tmobile rom and use it with tmobile and AT&T... The issue at this point in time is that there is no tmobile rom with wifi calling and multi window... So, that is why I am using the International ROM right now... Because of the multi window feature, but as soon as there is a ROM with wifi calling and multi window... Then that's the best choice...
But my question... Can anyone confirm a successful T-Mobile ROM Flash on the AT&T Note 2? Same for T-Mobile Modem... Any 3.5G with T-Mobile on AT&T Note 2 instead of EDGE...
Hello,
I have the ability to purchase a T-Mobile Note 2 right now. The problem is my carrier is AT&T. I'm not interested in getting LTE to work only HSPA+, but will that even work? To do it, would I have to unlock it, how would I do that? Also once it is unlocked and working with AT&T, would I flash AT&T Note 2 ROMs or the T-Mobile Note 2?
Thanks,

Man, how many of these TMobile on ATT posts do there have to be? Search before posting!
Yes it works, I get 8Mbps down on good days, worst I have seen is 2 Mbps. You will have to unlock your phone, SEARCH for the free unlock. I've seen it posted here, in the N7100 forums and S3 forums. You should be able to find easily. For roms, stick with the TMobile roms on a TMobile phone.
If you don't have plans on going to TMobile or LTE, I would suggest the N7100 international version. More rom development, faster firmware leaks and releases. I also got better battery life out of my N7100. I kind of wish I would not have traded my N7100 for the TMobile Note2. The TMobile version is easier to hack if you want to put it on an ATT dumb phone plan.
What is the difference between the TMO and ATT Note 2? I have TMO phone service but ATT tablet/data service with work. I will be using the Note 2 as a tablet without the phone using an ATT sim card so is there any advantage of getting one model over the other?
I bought a used Verizon Note 3 and the shop I bought it from set it up to run on Tmobile ... I would like to try a Tmobile ROM and want to know if that will cause any conflicts with my service from Tmobile. I don't care about wifi calling, if that makes any difference ...
All responses appreciated!
Not possible to install TMO Note 3 roms on a Verizon Note 3, as long as your Verizon Note 3 has LOCKED BOOTLOADER. I don't think there's a way to unlock it. Bad Verizon, Bad ATT, pure evilness.

I think you can get around it with Side Strap. That's what I have on my rooted Verizon Note 3.
