I am new here and sorry if i am on wrong section, but i need a question
I have a samsung galaxy S3 GT-i9300 Android 4.1.2, I9300XXELLA and i want to unlock sim without root, and if its possible only with root tell me pls best way to root (if its possible i want to keep waranty) and after root and sim unlock how can i unroot?
PS: i didnt know what section to choose beacause I bought my phone in Spain from Vodafone.

I am new to this XDA-DEVELOPERS forum hence don't know whether posting comment over here is correct or not. [Advice in case]
I am having HTC Desire HD on 2.3.3 which is SIM LOCKED on Softbank. I wish to know if there is any method to UNLOCK the phone without downgrading to Froyo [Android 2.2]
If anyone knows a good link on this site, please let me know.
There might be relative posts on this site i.e. SIM UNLOCK Desire HD on 2.3.3 but being new to this site, I don't want to create a new thread unnecessary.

root = warranty voided, keep that in mind
to unroot, you need to flash stock rom and (optional) reset flash counter(people usually do this for warranty)
and you're indeed in wrong section, so can't really help with rooting there, S3 international might have a different rooting method than U.S S3

You'll need to go to the i9300 forums. The i747 isn't compatible with the international model.

Hello, I recently got my mittens on a Galaxy Note II. Now, I want to root it.
But I think that it's locked to Telenor, can I still root it?

I have the i9195, but it's locked with Orange.
I've read Arco's tutorial about how to root it.
I'm understanding it and then I'll be able to install CyanogenMod
But how can I unlock it prior ? I don't think Cyanogen will unlock it for me, isn't ?
Last question, is Cyanogen supporting several language? I prefer to keep it in French.
