Hy guys! I have a big problem with my HTC 8s. I install the new update of the Windows 8 version and after restarting just loading in black screen and nothing else... I expect 15 minutes for install the new update but stay in loading 30 minutes and after that I try it to make a hard reset but still loading and loading again... Can you help me please??? Thanks!

Check this thread or this one also.
The guy waited 25 minutes and then the phone restarted with the new update.Just be patient and wait.I`ve waited approx. 10/15 min. for mine.

I have Miphone M88 (WM6.1 Eng)
i flash it whit Rom WM6.0, Now my phone work but now i have a white screen the phone looks like ok but nothing shows in the screen only a white screen what i can do ??

I thought that I remember reading somewhere that when you flash your phone it does take quite a while before it's complete, and that the screen does stay white for quite a long time.

have you tried taking the battery out and leaving it for 10 minutes, and then entering the boot loader screen again and trying to re-flash?

i have a clone m99 same thing as an m88 i guess the original rom img worked whe i flashed it when i downloaded the new 6.5 and tried flashing that all i did was stay at "downloading image please wait" and thats it. went to lift the phone up and the battery fell out not nothing works at all even with a fuly charged battery i cant even turn this stupid thing on. so im hoping anyone has any insight on what i could try and to to fix this.
p.s. i have left the beatery of for 30 mins and still nothing .....

ive installed the 1% fix twice and deinstalled one of them.. then reboot and the system hang up on the boot screen "TOUCH PRO 2 BRGD"......
what can i do now?

Hi my desire has always taken a reaally long time to load sense (up to 5 minutes).
This morning it took a really long time saying "loading..." and then re started. The second time it started.
I had to re boot it this lunch time and now it will not start it just says "loading..." for about three minutes and then re boots.
I have tried taking the battery out and also booting without the SD card but no luck.
Can anyone help?

How long should it take to get past the rotating CM animation? ...I just installed a ROM first time..I guess its trying to install itself..
A newly flashed rom can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes to boot up. It's always different. With that said; I've never had to wait longer than a minute or two unless something went wrong with the flash. But that's my personal experience.
Just be sure to leave the phone be for a few minutes after it's booted up to the Google account setup screen. Gives the phone time to settle in and rebuild dalvik cache. After that, reboot and enjoy.

Generally 2-5 mins...after that wait for ~10 mins after boot to let things happen in background..
If ur phone is not booting in 10 mins then something went wrong during flash...re do clean flash!

Im on OP3 Experience 7 and noticed it takes about 30 sec. for getting to the boot animation (so it shows 30 sec. the splash screen)
already tried clean install and fullwipe but still takes so long.. any fix..?

Very strange. Cant think of anything causing this issue
Same issu here, 32 seconds between pressing the power button and the beginning of boot anim.

I had it for a while when i had flashed some custom rom. What fixed it for me was going all the way back to stock. Original recovery. Then doing twrp..
