Hello,
I am a proud new owner of a Tmobile Galaxy Note 2 and I have a few issues. My previous phone that this replaced was a Galaxy Nexus. The first problem is that I can't get my Google Voice emails to go to the inbox. I have changed it in the call settings but when someone calls, their voicemails are sent to the T-mobile servers instead. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Also, I was able to tether with the native app on my Galaxy Nexus. When I tried to tether with the galaxy note 2, it says that my plan does not support it. I tried using an app called foxfi but it doesn't work with Jelly Bean. Do I need to wait for a root or is there another app that I can try. Thanks to anyone who can help!
Hi guys,
I have N900t with Stok N9005 Rom & Complusion Kernel & Wifi/NFC/Blutooth Fix.
Everyting works perfect without NATIVE (GSM) Video Calling.
How Can I Fix it?
I tried " Xnote 5 Transformers Rom" but Didnt works...

International ROMs have the option. I'm running Echoe ROM and have the video call button to the left of the standard call button on the dialer and also on contact pages.
If I try to place a video call, it brings up the video calling screen with options to switch camera or hide me, and says dialing, but then fails and asks if I'd like to try a voice call instead. I'm not sure if it fails because T-Mobile doesn't allow it, or if it's because the other party doesn't have native video calling (I don't think I know anyone who does).
OP, if you'd like to PM me, I can give you my number to see if it works between two parties with native video calling. At least that way we could determine whether or not it's a network limitation.

I'd just use hangouts for video call
Supposedly the ATT Note 2 supports HD Voice, however I don't think it's working on the phone. Is there a way to enable it, or verify that it is enabled? Assuming it even works on our phones. Thanks!

I can find nothing on Google regarding the Note 2 getting HD Voice. I did not even see any mention of Note 3. I did get lots of hits stating Note 4 getting HD voice. HD Voice requires both callers to have HD Voice capabilities and an indicator should appear somewhere saying HD in call.
IIRC, I've seen HD voice settings on my GN-II running stock 4.1.2: during a call there is an icon on the screen right above the "Add Call" button that looks like a squiggly line. Try tapping that and see what you get. Unfortunately I can't test it myself as my phone no longer has active service.
I was informed by VZW that my note 4 is ready for HD calling with video. The feature has been on my account for some time. It worked with our galaxy S5 phones. When I upgraded my phone to the note 4 , I lost the feature. VZW told me I can use it on my phone with the lollipop update. Unfortunately, I have blocked all OTA updates on my phone while waiting in hopes we would get a root on the retail devices. So here is my issue. I want to install the file for HD calling with video, without updating to lollipop. Does anyone know of a way of getting the extracted file or files to install for video calling? I don't know if anyone is in the same situation but thought I would see if there is a work around.
So I've been on att forever. Of course you know they don't allow volte and he voice on non att phones.
Well I had something kind of exciting happen the otherday. I have been running Omni rom 8.1 with Google dialer for few days now. I had a friend of mine who is on a att iPhone 7 call me and all of a sudden it showed a HD icon and the call was alot more clear. Now I still don't have a volte icon and I don't think I can make HD Calls yet . Like I tried calling my dad on a stock 3T and it didn't work but if I call my friends iPhone 7 I get HD calls all day . I'm wondering if it has something to do with google and att finally making it work with the pixel 2 if it has something to do with it. I haven't been able to test it with anyone else but wondering if anyone else has had HD call working with att?

I have Straight Talk with ATT towers on my OnePlus 3 for a few months now and VoLTE or HD voice are working! Not sure why its working now but when I had ATT prepaid I wouldn't even get HD voice with this OnePlus 3.
