Hi how can i watch my tv show on my S3 at motionempire.me
If it's a streaming site, download flash and use stock browser. Also I would recommend setting the Sleep time under Display to 10-30 mins, so that the screen doesn't turn off while you're watching a show.
I'm not sure where to find the latest version but here's the one I found on my device. It works fine.
Download Flash Here

Define "a while". I had it open for two or three days straight before I closed it myself. It remained logged in the entire time and it used next to zero wake locks according to betterbatterystats.
Are you using a custom rom?
Check in Skype your settings. Menu-> settings-> go offline
Set to Never

It seems every time my screen goes off it disconnects, I'm using apex from with Franco's kernel. Go offline is set to never and is set to auto sign in. Every time I open skype it reconnects

Maybe it's not fully compatible with that kernel. Is there a way to find out if other Franco Kernel users are having the same problem? It could be one of those battery saving features that kills Skype when the screen is off.
When I watch a flash video on full screen, after a while the screen goes to the CRT off thing and after a second or two the video comes back but it loads very slowly. There is a problem causing the phone to not understand that it may not go standby during a flash video in full screen.

hi,
I'not verry sure but i've read that jellu bean will not support anymoreb the flash technology and will only cares about html5.
As announced by Adobe, Flash support will be withdrawn, it has warned that those already with the JB may have problems with compatibility.
But flash is there so should be able to use it.

nope.
JB will not support flash.
I have the Jellybean Flash player and it works great. The problem is that the phone's sleep settings are still active when playing the videos I want to watch. Is there an app that blocks the sleep timer in certain apps?

I've done some looking around in this too but I think since flash is not supported in JB, they didn't build in provisions to keep the screen awake while using flash content. Don't think there is a way around it

There is no "Stay Awake" function for the stock android browser which I am guessing you are using. However, depending if the ROM you are using has this available (most likely will) a workaround that I use is by going to:
phone settings/display and there should be an option for "Sleep"
... from there you just have to set the phone to sleep after a certain amount of minutes (30 minutes being the max). The only downside is that you have to turn off the screen of the phone manually each time.
Whoops never mind wrong thing.

If its flash TVs or movies.....making it full screen keeps phone awake. If its playing on web page phone will sleep.
Not sure if that helps.
I'm running CMX so I don't have a app specific setting. I have set it to 30 minutes. The person above me, you are wrong. Like the other guy said, I looked into it and found that the modified flash app doesn't have that sleep timer provision so it gos to sleep even in full screen. Sometimes I actually do leave the phone on for 30 minutes and the browser closes. Its really annoying when watching a show like Doctor Who on Amazon Prime. Hopefully, amazon can make an android app for Prime members.

In the heritage of CyanogenMod discussion threads, here is a new one for the release of the 10.2 nightlies. Nightlies started on 8/26/13 (my b-day thanks aremcee). 10.2 will bring you up to Android 4.3 Jellybean.
If you are on 10 or 10.1, go to Settings > About phone > CyanogenMod updates, and change your update type to Nightly. Download, install, enjoy.
If you use Google Apps you must flash newer gapps. After CM update download the latest gapps here: http://goo.im/gapps. Currently the 10.2/4.3 package is 20130813. Reboot into recovery and flash the gapps zip.
Not on CyanogenMod? I recommend wiping everything and installing:
Download CM: http://get.cm/?device=p930
Download Google Apps: http://goo.im/gapps
Change Log: http://10.2.cmxlog.com/?device=p930
I updated to 10.2 yesterday. Seems to be really smooth and generous on the battery. Obviously this is not a formal test. I'm not on WIND kernel anymore so I don't think my idle battery use is nearly as good. I hope he releases a 10.2 version soon.
Those of you having issues with no mobile signal from 8/27 on flash the baseband/firmware from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1842763
That will fix it.

Is there a way to partially flash Gapps or is best to put them all on regardless of whether I use them?

You can open the zip with 7zip and remove the applications you don't want, then flash gapps zip.

I am having horrible issues with Google maps and cm10.2. After install and I run for the first time every thing works (as long as I am on WiFi). As soon as I go to run it the second time and go to navigation I have the following issues:
1. The recent location, home & work, & history/starred cards will flash for a second then disappear.
2. When I have the above state it takes 5 - 10 min to achieve GPS lock, then I loose it about every 5 min.
3. The green ribbon at the top no longer has the street name, just an arrow and the number of mile on the left and the letter mi on the right. Correct orientation should have the arrow, miles & mi on the left with the current road on the right, and then when you approach the turn the banner should get larger with the street larger in the middle of the banner.
4. If I uninstall and reinstall, I can get it to work the first time and as soon as I exit and go back into the app its back to being messed up again. Clearing data, cache & rebooting have no impact.
Can this be repeated by anyone else?
I do not have this issue with stock, cm10.x, miui, or any other ROM I have tried except cm10.2 4.3.

I used Zombies, Run! this morning. Seemed to work fine.
Found battery life was horrible for the 8.30 flash, phone never went into deep sleep. However just flashed the 9.1 and phone did go into deep sleep now.
Nz
Heh, too bad I wasn't around to make one this time.

Hi all... I am hoping that some help/advice can be given. My issue is that barcode scanner apps, barcode scanner and barcode scanner + both cause the ui to become unresponsive. Phone calls cannot be answered though ringing can be heard etc and phone has to be rebooted. Has anyone experienced the same?

And I have another problem with my nexus .
It's slow, doesnt always react to input, etc etc.
I already am on stock and it seems that I just have to live with these problems.
But the newest thing is that doesnt go to sleep. When I press the power button the device turns off for 2-20 seconds and turns then back on again. I already did a factory reset and as i mentioned above I am on Stock Firmwar/Rom (4.3).
Any ideas?

Use betterbatterystats or a wakelock detector to see what is waking your device.

I used wakelock detector. Turn the Device off, then it turned itself back on and this is what the app shows my... actually cant read from that which app ist causing the trouble
