Htc sense version 2.1
Basband v: 12.54.60.25_26.09.04.11_m2
Kernel: 2.6.35.....
Build n: 2.36.405......
Sofware: 2.36.405.8
Browser version :webkit/533.1
The htc is blocked to all network
My quiery is : what can i do to unblock it if it is possible
Can it be rooted if possible
Am all new to this wesite, i have done alot of reading but am still clueless
Can some one please direct me in the right path

I think you need to get micro sd adapter than you put the zip file in through yr laptop
Cmd. On wondows u press run then type the commands

I followed the steps to downgrade but i get this message on remote
Main version is older
Update fail!
Press power to reboot

- "Main version is older"? You did not type everything correctly. Please try it again and see if any errors come up.

my desire froze in the welcome screen after instaling RUU room

hello everyone. i've htc desire.
im from egypt. and i needed it to read and write arabic. i bought it from a friend of mine whos in Australia. and it was unlocked by telestra next network
but it didnt read or write Arabic at all. so i read somewhere not on xda. that i can instal the ruu official for middle east on it. but i need to do something called gold card. and i did it. and i did every step. and after i done the gold card . i putted it on charge mode. and opened the exe RUU file. and installed it. and after it finished it reported and froze on htc welcome screen. just white screen with htc in the middle of it. i dont know what to do. i feel like i lost the phone ???

thats the ruu file i've instaled 'RUU_Bravo_Froyo_HTC_ARA_2.32.415.3_Radio_32.49.00.32U_5.11.05.27_release_157343_signed

i tried to do anything with it. so i opened the hboot. and did fastboot and report lodar and accidentally i did clear storage . and i opend it. and it did open . and it while it says preparing sd card. it powers off and on . keeps doing that and return to the white screen with htc in the middle of it

after doing the goldcard in other way. the phone opend but only for 3 min then restarted itself agien.

i dont know how. or much it'll cost or even where,
i cant give to to HTC cuz its no on warranty

if you will roll back to original RUU and then s-off and flash custom rom with rtl patch what will happen?

Sorry but my Englisch ist not very good.
I habe a great problem to root my HTC desire HD. I always read all the Threds about unrooting my device, but nothing helps.
After using the AAHK-Toll my DHD show the Problem by booting:
PD98IMG.nbh
not found
PD98IMG.img
not found
PD98IMG.zip
Blue progress bar finishes
then it will validate the zip
Yellow/golden progress bar
The pops up the below error.
CID incorrect!
Update Fail!
Press power to reboot.
Please help!
You can aswer in Polisch and German!

I don't get what the issue is...if you have already run the Hack Kit and you wanto to boot normally, then delete the PD98IMG file in your sdcard. There's no reason for that file to be there. If you want to UNROOT the phone, then use the Hack Kit to revert to stock by choosing the correct option. If the PD98IMG file u are using is intended to be used on a different model with a specific CID that is not yours, then you won't be able to flash it...

Go and do all like in tutorial in aahk ...
I had the same problem about CID error.
Go and make goldcard, for tutorial search in xda or in google.
If it still fails, or says "this is older version" - delete aahk, disable anti-virus (all of them) and other unless programs and redownload aahk, then do the same.
I done this, and ir success.

NEED HELP Cant get into Hboot and cant flash anything

Hey guys,
my problem:
I have desire with cm7r2 hboot und s-off.
Than i deleted all files on the sd card and so i couldnt get into recovery to flash a rom or something else...then i tried to flash an RUU without sucsess it always fails to write the system (Fail-PU error)
when i start the desire now, i only see the the hboot with RUU in orange or the silver HTC logo with triangles in the corner...
I dont know what to do noPlease help me guys !!!

[Q] Original ROM error

On my HTC HD I have a custom ROM and ROOT. I wanted unroot. Im flash RUU original ROM (.zip) but Im flash US and I have europe device. Im flash US rom occurred error - reboot phone. Now, my device I turn after several times the switching on and remove the batteries. I don´t can get in bootloader!!! Install RUU ROM (.exe) my computer write error. Please help I want Unroot and original ROM.

I recommend you to use the aahk to revert to stock. Put the stock to germany because at that ruu the ota update works . It's with sense 3.0 and android 2.3.5:good:

Chovky, if your phone is not booting and u don't have at least fastboot, you won't be able to flash a RUU...the question is, is not booting at all or is very slow and u are stuck in the splash screen?

Phone can be turned on, but cannot go to Bootloader. I tried to install .exe RUU (WWE)through PC but write error (exe RUU from the site -shipped-roms).

You find the passcode in the effen manual :thumbup:
And it generates a new passcode every time you start it.

Don't turn on

If you cant turn on the phone then try to connect your charger before trying to start. And if it doesn't start then I'm afraid you bricked and need to send in the phone to HTC or buy a riff tag box (don't know if the spelling is right).

Chovky, all what u are describing is in the effen manual. Take some time to read for comprehension. If you keep trying things you might mess the phone to no turning back issue.
If your phone boots to a black screen, then just fix your pc and re run the Kit from that screen. That is in the Manual....:good:
