Sometimes when I open Clock or music or other stock apps like gallery, it opens and closes after a second and I dont know what to do
From what I know it can only be fixed by restarting but it appears again after a while.I dont know what causes the problem
Thanks.

Before trying a factory reset go into the settings and clear the data for the clock and gallery app.

I'm screwed, hard rebooted and tried to install those zips and it still isn't working.. i bet i messed up messin with root explorer
So even after i factory reset my root isn't going away.. how is that possible.. do i have to unroot this thing to start over? I need this to be like it came out-of-box which i thought a factory reset would do.. i did the reset from CWM Recovery and wiped all data as well as both types of cache and i am still rooted.. any tips?

No one seems to had the issue or knows how to fix it

Did this happen after installing any particular app ?
Are you on custom ROM or on stock ?
Did you reboot and verify if this is still an issue ?
Did you try a factory reset already ?

Sorry for the late reply, some how i was not able to find this thread Below are the answers to your question
Did this happen after installing any particular app ? Not Sure
Are you on custom ROM or on stock ? Stock
Did you reboot and verify if this is still an issue ? No reboot did not fixed the issue
Did you try a factory reset already ? I did not because i dont want to loose all my settings and apps because installing them all over again is a pain
Any suggestion how i can fix it ?
I had to sent my phone back to HTC for a signal issue. Got it back and all working fine. It is running stock 4.1.1.
It was still rooted and I tried to restore sms messages from titanium and I think in doing so I have deleted the sms/mms app.
When I can no longer find it in the app drawer and when i click on the widget I get a message saying that the application is not installed.
Can anyone tell me how i can fix this?
thanks
Just need to get a stock Rom and take the message apk from it and push to your phone.

I went total idiot mode and for some reason changed my system folder to sticky in my root browser, causing android to crash, and now it won't boot, only going into recovery. Is there any way to deal with this ?

Flash a Rom using the flashtool in the Normal mode (instead of CSE) so all apps will remain intact? Worth a try anyhow.
