[Q] bricked phone O_o

I need some help please
Somehow i lost root, and now every time i start revoked it hangs on ' waiting for root ', i tried many things to solve this problem.. full wipe,reflash rom,use revoked for linux, but still thw same problem
I also lost my '/system/bin/sh' directory.

I tried to flash 'RUU_Bravo_HTC_WWE_1.15.405.4_Radio_32.30.00.28U_4.05.00.11_release_122704.exe'
but it couldn't find the phone... says 'make sure usb cable connected'
am using unbranded phone.

Can't you get into recovery at all? (Assuming you used unrevoked you should be able to).
Then I'd do a full wipe/reflash from there.

I full wiped and reflashed at least 3 times, but that didn't fix the broken root
i want someone to help me find the right RUU for my phone

try this one:
RUU_Bravo_Froyo_HTC_WWE_2.09.405.8_Radio_32.43.00.32U_5.09.00.20_release_140022_signed.exe
you need a froyo.

1) Please post in the correct section first [Q&A, not DEV]
2) There's a selection of pre-rooted stock roms available via SEARCH at the top
3) Flash via renaming to update.zip and sticking on the root of your SD card
3a) If fails, name it pb99img.zip and do it via voldown+power

How you lost root rights and delete this directory? I think to you need Froyo release RUU

1-Oops.. i thought posting here is ok, because i saw many posts about bricked phones in this section.. sorry for that.
2- I will try that if i couldn't re-root (i want to stick with Adam Green Rom)

I think while trying to run .sh script that copy Hebrew/Arabic support files to system.

I can't find a working RUU
is it ok to use
RUU_Bravo_Froyo_HTC_WWE_2.10.405.2_R_Radio_32.44.00.32U_5.09.05.30_2_release_142828_signed.exe
or does it contain 0.93 HBoot?

The RUU can't find the Device without HTC Sync, and it must be the latest version.

follow this guide and flash a stock ROM again and flash Cyanogen MOD 6.1.3 and flash some other custom ROMs u wnt. i followed this guide and its working good fr me.

did your computer ever recognize your phone? Try re-installing HTC sync and go to where you have "ADB" installed and do: adb devices
ohh and that error comes from not making the gold card properly. when making your gold card, make sure your phone is in disk mode, not charge!

Goldcard helper + mem card reader should do the trick if you can boot to android.

Radio S off but the issue still remaining

[Q] HELP!! Htc desire need to turn s-off back on!

Hi! i realy need some fast help. my desire is broken and i need to send it to service. i have the Revolutionary s-off in it and i cant get it back to original!
just load a original RUU dont work on this.. Please help me! i have tryed the downgrade 2.3 and 2.1 that i found here.. but noooo wont work! hboot-6.93. 1002. radio-4.08.00.09

Go to alpharev.nl, download the downgraded and flash it like you would any other hboot. Then run the RUU

Boot into fastboot, flash the downgrader.
Reboot the phone, and boot into the ROM as normal, then type:
Code:
adb shell reboot oem-78
Plug in via USB, run the RUU. (if you get an error, a goldcard may help)

Bortak, thats the problem.. it just wont run the downgrader.. i pres vol dwn + power. then fastbooth.. nothing happen.. am im doing it wrong? how do i flash it? wher shall i wright that code?! damn i feel stupid now..

Why do you make it a zip? Download the .img, flash with
Code:
fastboot flash hboot downgrader.img
in fastboot mode (Back+power)
Or download the PB99IMG.zip direct and put it in a root. When you make it a root, you're prone to making many mistakes.

I made it!!! thanx so f**king much everybody!! i realy am thankfull 4 the help.. its not easy when you are new *s* now the Desire will go back to HTC AGAIN! (nr4) never gonna accept it back again.. 4th time that the camera has died and wifi hotspot resets the phone..

[Q] Stock A510e updating main version is older error

I'm currently running 2.35 on my WFS and I want to reflash my ROM because I have the dialler error and can't seem to fix it. The phone is unrooted, uneverything. It's stock. I tried updating with the RUU and get error 140. When I use the SD method I get the 'main version is older' error. Any tips?

becaue the hboot only update by RUU，your hboot1.080099 is very high，so you need found one hboot 1.080099 or even higher 1.090099 and flash it.

I get that error when I tried doing it. And I just checked my HBOOT version and it's 1.08.0000
Radio Version: 7.54.39.28M
Hopefully you can give me a couple tips.

ahh sorry. didn't realise I had to go through HTCDEV to update my bootloader. So my boot loader is now at 1.090099. I can't post this in simonsutiltiy thread(because I don't have 10 posts yet) but I'm getting stuck when it tries booting into recovery mode. The phone just goes to the red triangle and stops doing anything. I pulled that battery and it's still locked.
Do I even have to unlock it? Or can I just reflash the 2.13 rom?

Ok. New update and I could use some help. My bootloader is now unlocked and on 1.090099 on ROM 2.13. But I still can't update to ROM 2.14 or ref lash ROM 2.13. The RUU gives me the error 155. I went through USB fastboot but still the same error. Could anybody else help me?

You simply Unlock the Bootloader, and again reset HBoot using Supervision(I hope so), Then flash out the RUU file. But the only problm s it will be relocked again, then u need to proceed to unlock(if uy need to break rules) means>>>>>

I am pretty sure I was messing around with something called clockworkmod.

you must to flash it via fastboot with this comand: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img and you must to download the recovery from my link and put in to your fastboot directory!

I think your stock recovery link is bad. It opens my google drive without any download link.

Now boot the phone normaly in your android
Now when you check for update in settings software check for update are you see the update there? Can you download and install it?
