here is a mod to remove the persistant notification stating you have the dock connected.. again, asus must think its users are complete idiots and you have to be notified that there is a huge qwerty keyboard attached to your tablet. So glad they do cause if they didnt i dont think there would be any other way of noticing your dock is attached.............................................. -.- lol
Just flash via CWM TWRP and be on your merry way
PS: The notification DOES include the dock percentage, but i may be able to make a notification JUST for when the percentage of the dock battery hits 15 percent.

For some reason after rebooting when I had the dock connected I got stuck in a boot loop. When I disconnected the keyboard it booted up ok again. Although I was too lazy to flash with TWRP so I just transferred the apk over and changed the permissions and rebooted. It does reboot ok now with the dock connected though, it was just that one time.

Yeah.. dont ever change out system apps that are always in use. SystemUI.apk never "stops" so when you copied it over you confused the heck out of android always flash via recovery when changing system stuffs.
lol it was working fine before i rebooted that one time. LOL. This is a mod to transformer.apk though no? Regarless I'm sure that one is persistently running as well. Still working fine on KEBBERSROM btw. No issues after my laziness.

Yes it is. But it's still a system app. Lol I was using systemui.apk as an example. I'm pretty sure the transformer.apk also is constantly running listening for the dock to be inserted. Even the charger too. I noticed the big battery image that flashes on your screen for real short when plugging in comes from transformer.apk. but I'm glad it's working!!

Hello People, I'm new in this forums please be nice to me . So,This evening I'm trying to edit the System Font of my Galaxy 551 using ROM Toolbox PRO, and then it requires reboot. So I rebooted it, and then it reached the GT-i5510 Logo and started to vibrating three times(it keeps vibrating three times) and then Stucked on Samsung Logo. What is this thing called? Bricked? I dunno. Please help!!! Or can you tell me how to Reset My phone using PC without turning my Phone on? Any answer will be appreciated ,Thanks

Ok, I don't deal a whole lot with phones. Mostly tablets. I'm just answering your post to remove the fear that's going through your mind right now. Good news is, your phone isn't bricked. Its just stuck at a boot loop. I'm familiar with the app you're talking about. Before you rebooted the phone, it should have made a back up. Find it, by hooking it up to your laptop. Or, if you remember the name of the font that was on your phone, originally, you can get into your phone via laptop, and try to reinstall your old font.

You should be able to push a file using Android SDK. If you don't have it, you can get it here. http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html
This will help you to push files to your phone, in your case, the font file. I guess you could always send an email to JRummy, the developer of ROM Toolkit Pro, and see what he recommends. That may be an easier route to go.

I have android SDK in my PC, I downloaded it so I can use ADB but I can't do anything with it.
1.Try to wipe data/factory reset from cmw.. restart...
2. re-flash your firmware..

- Removed Launcher2.apk.
- Removed LiveWallpapers.apk.
- Removed .mp4's in "Video" folder, saved 10MB.
- a-GPS patch included thanks to Crypted.
- Removed all Pico-TTS files except US versions.

Capable of pulling from source, yes. But Kasper does a bit more than that, and he's far more advanced than me.
I have no echo, so maybe you should check your radio. All is well for me. Kasper's latest build works wonders.
Edit : In fact, I probably neglected to mention this is now my DD. (Battery is good too)
I don't have echo anymore after the latest commits made by the CM team, was just asking for reading through stuff purposes. Thanks.

When i flashed this, all my stuff in my sd card seem to be erased, but check my storage its still there but doesnt show.
Just an idea
There should be an option to swipe to the right in the notification drawer to get to the tile system. Just a thought.

see the problem i am facing is with alliance rom v3.0 in my note 2. the problem is that whenever the screen turns off in landscape mode i.e while watching movies or playing games it never turns on and i am left with only option of removing battery and restart the phone anyone else facing the same problem? help me in it

This is caused by having ripple effect enabled in lock screen settings. Turn it off and when phone screen turns off in landscape it will no longer freeze.

in order for the boot animation to work you first need to flash a mod that enables custom boot animations. you'll find it in the OTA updates.

If your using twrp you need to use selinux mode changer from the play store and set it to permissive to get signal in 4.4 roms.
