Hello People, I'm new in this forums please be nice to me . So,This evening I'm trying to edit the System Font of my Galaxy 551 using ROM Toolbox PRO, and then it requires reboot. So I rebooted it, and then it reached the GT-i5510 Logo and started to vibrating three times(it keeps vibrating three times) and then Stucked on Samsung Logo. What is this thing called? Bricked? I dunno. Please help!!! Or can you tell me how to Reset My phone using PC without turning my Phone on? Any answer will be appreciated ,Thanks

Ok, I don't deal a whole lot with phones. Mostly tablets. I'm just answering your post to remove the fear that's going through your mind right now. Good news is, your phone isn't bricked. Its just stuck at a boot loop. I'm familiar with the app you're talking about. Before you rebooted the phone, it should have made a back up. Find it, by hooking it up to your laptop. Or, if you remember the name of the font that was on your phone, originally, you can get into your phone via laptop, and try to reinstall your old font.

You should be able to push a file using Android SDK. If you don't have it, you can get it here. http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html
This will help you to push files to your phone, in your case, the font file. I guess you could always send an email to JRummy, the developer of ROM Toolkit Pro, and see what he recommends. That may be an easier route to go.

I have android SDK in my PC, I downloaded it so I can use ADB but I can't do anything with it.
1.Try to wipe data/factory reset from cmw.. restart...
2. re-flash your firmware..

Hello everyone. NOOB here... so i've downloaded a ROM from galaxys2root.com and i downloaded the Paradox 2 Paradise ROM. once i downloaded i backed up my ROM and set it on CWM. i hit to reboot it and it starts with the darksidex kernel loader and then it shows a google sign with mechanisms turning. and it just stays there... nothing else happens... can anyone provide assistance. thank you
Maybe you had a bad download. Download the rom again and try flashing it again and see what happenes.

i havent been able to open anything at all... i try to do a hard reset by pressing the volume up, home button and then the power button... it turns the screen off and it just vibrates once every 3-4 seconds .... and nothing shows...
When I first flashed that ROM the google logo was there for 15 minutes. Just reflash or be patient.

My pc screen went blue with white writing and said windows is shutting down for security this is just after I installed CWM with Odin.
..right at the point of reboot after CWM was installed.. That is... CWM worked fine still does I since reinstalled it with the app but I flashed root.zip with it and gained SU .
All turned out okay PC was fine phone is fine... Is that any where near a common experience?
The first time I flashed CWM was without flaw in the rebooting
My PC is windows XP pro. Small old lap top, Dell
This happened after I successfully install the ROM and cmw with Odin mest things up by deleting too many .apks I and started over by wiping everything and then stock ice ROM then CMW (for a recap)
Question is what and why did that happen ?

You have to repartition the phone using a full stock tar. T3 prohect and I had this problem. He probabaly still has the file that you need to flash in odin.

i dont even know how you understood that but i think he tried to flash a sprint rom on an international variant and the file i have will not work for him.

I suggest u two things to do :
1,choose a right and stable rom for your Note.
2,run a super wipe before you flash a new rom.
3,if you are a fresh man here ,why not try miui first, the instruction is written in Chinese at list,

Perhaps there is an issue with your USB port. Your device waking could potentially be from the device thinking it is plugging into a charger, even when it isn't.
Soo. My phone is bricked for almost 4 months now, cause i installed a kernel manually thru terminal, and i typed the code correctly but a bootloop and yeah no recovery. So i tried odin and that Son of a truck isnt detecting my phone. Is it because i swapped Pc's and i never connected it in normal state to my pc ? Or is it cause my charger is derpy and needs to be inserted correctly still. What should i do dudes?
Can you get into download mode, or is it proper hard bricked?

see if you can get into download mode. if you pc(or odin) doesnt detect try reinstalling drivers. if you cant get into download mode you could try using a jtag and see if changing your usb cable works

I have tried all of these and i dont know how to get jtag. EDIT: Nvm. i got it to repair's maybe it will be fixed and thx for all help EDIT2: my phone will be fixed for 30$ and it will be available tomorrow, But thx for all help and yeah have a good day.
