Try a different usb port.
LG Optimus G E971

That's not going to fix the kdz from not extracting. Its probably corrupt.

I had it happen once and the 2 things I did was change usb port and reopen KDZ updater. One of thyself fixed it.

G-Pad 10.1 Verizon Return to Kitkat (VK700)

Hi, All. Ive followed XDA for a long time and love it. I love my verizon G-Pad but ever since the Lollipop update it has just been so slow and almost unsuable. Well ive got good news. Today i found a way to downgrade back to LG Official Kitkat 4.4.2.
Tool Used: LG Flash Tool 2014 - you can download from this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2785089
I could only get this to work from LG's Download Mode (with tablet turned off, hold the Vol Up Key and plug in USB cord)
If you are running version 23A Lollipop you must downgrade to 22A first. Attempting to downgrade straight to 11A (Kitkat) will fail at 57% restore.
After downgrading to 22A, allow the device to fully boot then shutdown and return to download mode
Now push 11A firmware, everything should now go smoothly (at least it did for me)

Many Many thanks to the Devs of the LG Flash Tool for such a wonderful utility on LG Devices
tutorial?
How do I downgrade to 22a?
In the Firmware download link I've provided is the 22a and 11a firmwares. Follow the LG Flash Tool link for usage.

Hey man gotta question, my pad was on lollipop and only rooted with no real tweaks and I rebooted one day and it sticks at the Verizon logo. I can get to stock recovery where any selection goes to fastboot where any selection goes to a blank screen where I have to kill it. The couple others I've seen with this problem had success with the support tool / update recovery deal but mine says everything is up to date. I tried flashtool with a kdz and I get all the way to it supposed to send it but the tab download stays at 0% and nothing happens....I would rather have kk anyway would it be worth trying this , **** can't hurt the damn thing no worse lol tired of it sitting in my dresser where its been for months ...I really wonder wtf happened to it
EDIT...... OK I feel like a real dumbass lmao... Apparently the pc I was using had an Antivirus on it and apparently the flash tool doesn't play well with an Antivirus
OK has anyone found a twrp that will flash correctly on the vk700? The twrp floating around for gpad 10.1 only works on the v700 cuz its been bumped To work on the locked bootloader....

Well this downgrade is for vk700 not v700 which is a big difference, I found that out by trying to get twrp to work on my vk700 when it's only for v700 which if you have the v700 your better off

LG G Pad 8.3

hi guys,
I need to get one of these back to stock. It's running lollipop. I don't know what kdz file to use. I'd just like to get back to 4.4.2. When I go here:
http://lg-phone-firmware.com/firmware-Lg+G+Pad+8.3-Tutti-39.html
There are no USA links. Which one should I download for this tablet? Would the Lg Flash Tool be best for this? Or should I use the other program? I think it was called B2CApp.

Which variant of the G Pad 8.3? V500, V510 or VK810? I assume one of the first two, is that correct and if so which one?
The difference between LG Flash Tool 2014 and the official LG tools like the B2CApp is that the official ones for the program to re-downloaded the latest KDZ every time you attempt to flash. Maybe in your case that's what you should do if you're having such trouble finding the stock 4.4.2 KDZ for your variant. The official tool deletes the KDZ it downloads after it flashes it.
LG Flash Tool 2014, you download the KDZ you want ahead of time and flash it whenever you want with it, without waiting for it to slowly re-download the KDZ each time.
If you go to the main/root section of the G Pad 8.3 and use the search box with for example:
Code:
V500 KDZ
Replacing V500 with your variant, you should find something. Since I don't keep track of V500 or V510 stuff I'm not aware of what all is available on here or where it's at. I only know the Korean V500 KDZ for Lollipop.
Google sometimes works even better such as a Google search for:
Code:
XDA V500 KDZ
or just the same search as previous if you don't want to limit yourself to XDA.

Help please. Lg g3 f400l bricked

Hello worthy developers. I am facing an issue with lg g3 f400L just bought. It was on kitkat so i tried to root it but it stuck in boot loop. Then i downloaded the tot 10a to flash stock via tot. But it failed. I found 30c marshmallow kdz and tried it too but it restarted at 60 percent. I didnt find lolipop kdz on google tried alot. Its second time i am facing this already paid once in market. So plz help me guyz. What are my options.. I should add one more thing that i flashed same tot on another f400 L modal that was working. But not in my case
Instelled new kdz, or use tot and dll, downgrade 4.4.2, update lollipop, root and recovery, and installed bumped F400L for recovery.

LG GPad F 8.0 (V496) Stock Image

I tried to root the tablet using KingRoot (which worked) then tried to replace it with SuperSU (which did not work) and some how things got all jacked up. Now when the tablet boots, it give an SUID inconsistency error. I tried to factory reset it to see if that would fix it, but it didn't. I'm looking to find a way to get a factory/stock image and flash it some how. I searched around on the forum and didn't really find any definitive answer. Would I use something like LGUP or something alike to flash a stock image? I have the stock recovery as well.
If you found a KDZ you could use LG Flash Tool 2014 to flash it from a Windows PC. I haven't fooled with LGUp much because it doesn't support as many devices as LG Flash Tool 2014 and I don't think I could get it to work on either the VS985 Verizon G3 or VK810 Verizon G Pad 8.3. That said, it wouldn't hurt to try LGUp if you found a stock image to flash, but I won't be surprised if you'll have to go back to using LG Flash Tool 2014 instead.
Do other versions of the G Pad work with the 8.0? Such as the 8.3 (v500 I think) for the KDZ image? There is a KDZ image for every other variation of the G Pad except for the v496, that I can find at least.
Also, does anyone know if TWRP will fix permission issues? Realistically, I just keep to reset the SUID's back to what they were originally. I just remember older recovery's having the option to fix permissions.

Not that I know of. I don't know if either LG Flash Tool 2014 or LGUp will even attempt to flash a KDZ meant for a different device than what you have connected, but if they did there's no guarantee it wouldn't brick your device and it likely would. The G Pad 8.3 has three variants, all the KDZs for them are incompatible with each other as far as I know: VK810, V500 and V510.

LG K410G LG UP Error Error 0x2000 "Does NOT support Refurbish Process"

Hello everyone! Please, I need your help!
I have a problem with my LG K410G (Telcel, Mexico) beacuse I cant flash it with LG UP! My phone isnt bricked, but I think I have a persisten malware and also I have a lot of software problems, like unable to update Google Chrome (It gets forever updating and never does it, and the app gets corrupted after that). I had done factory reset, lg bridge recovery and update with lg up but it doesnt help.
I want to CLEAN IT completly, all partitions, with original firmware but LG UP says it "Does NOT support Refurbish Process", I have tried 2 Firmwares from this webpage: lg-firmwares.com (K410g10a_10_0220.kdz and K410g10a_05_0923.kdz) and neither works with refurbish option. Just update option in LG UP. I'm using UPPERCUT.
Thank you so much for your help!!
Sorry to necro post but I ran across your question as I was having trouble with my LG V20 and found a solution here:
