Hi, I cannot seem to find an answer having searched the forums.
I need to send sms messages to groups of more than 10 and keep getting the messages, "10 contacts available only". Is there a way to change this? My device is rooted and on 4.1.1 on a UK network.
Many thanks.

I have had no issues with my galaxy nexus until today, someone has just sent me a text message and when I tried to reply the nexus advised message not sent.
I have tried to search for the service number for messages but cant find it
I am on 3 uk but the phone is unbranded from amazon
I dont particularly want to reset all of the phone , is there anyway that I can find the settings for messages //
Thanks in advance
surely someone must know where the message settings are kept so i can check whether the number for 3 uk messages is right ??
Hi all, I have two contacts in my phone that i used to be able to send text messages to, but as of lately when i choose to send them i get an error message "Message not sent"...red triangle...all of my other contacts work fine with this...any ideas?..I have deleted all conversations...tried over wifi, data etc....and when i call these contacts the call doesnt go through either..."Says something like "call cannot be received at this time"...bith users are on different carriers too...I tried removing the "1" in front of there numbers, but same thing, I have also checked APN settings for tmobile, they are correct as well...hmmmm
You check its actually in the proper 10 digit form?

Questions go in the Q&A section
I did a Google search and found several topics about single text messages disappearing, but nothing about my problem.
Sometimes, when I go into the messaging app, I notice that all my text messages sent and received between certain days are gone. Older messages are still there, and new ones I send, and I can figure out what the ones that disappear have in common. Its like the last few days just didn't happen.
I've noticed this on vanirbean v7 and whatever primedirective's jb ROM is called. Anyone else get this, and on what ROM? Or, if there is a post hidden somewhere, could you direct me to it?

Hey all, I have had my Gnex for about two months now and I have noticed a recurring issue. When someone tries to send me a contact card through MMS, the phone will download the message, but won't show anything after, nothing to long press to save. I came from a Samsung Captivate and the Samsung messaging app would allow the sending and receiving of vcf files through mms. Anyway to do this with the Gnex? Thanks!
Look and make sure your messaging app isn't saving them in a funky place, if you still can't find it, try sending it through email.

It seems weird there's not more people complaining about that, is it really not possible to send/receive vCards over mms with Galaxy Nexus (I have Jelly Bean 4.1.1)? There's no option to send contact information over mms and when I receive one, I just get a blank attachment that I can't click Screenshot: www DOT shrani DOT si/f/24/c3/4t9GXHsZ/vcard.jpg (replace DOT with an actual dot). Also for some reason, at message options I don't have the usual 'Save attachment' option.
bump :/
I hate bumping, but I really can't find anything about this problem, even after searching for hours. Anyone has any tips?
Is there really no solution for this?
found a work around

I ran into this problem myself and duplicated it on all of the Galaxy Nexus phones . I think there is something native messaging app that cannot read vcards. I installed handcent sms and it works perfectly.
I'm using a note 3 with my Moto360 on tmobile. I have 2 issues with the watch.
1.When I receive a text or email I get no option to reply like others seem to have. Just "send to phone"
2. If I receive more than one text or email from different people around the same time I can only see the subject line in both notifications, there is no way to read either message only when I send it to the phone can I read it there.
Anyone else having these issues and does anyone know how to fix them?

You have to either tap the notification, or swipe it up, then swipe to the left to see all of the options

Some apps don't have wear options yet. Until we get more updates it is what it is.

I'm using an m8 and g3 on T-Mobile, same thing. Like the guy above me said, some apps just don't have the option yet unfortunately. Still nice to see what's coming in on the phone and not have to pull it out every time

I was having the same issues using my 1st gen Moto X and it was driving me crazy. I was able to resolve both issues by switching the defualt SMS app to Hangouts and by removing my gmail account from the default Android mail app that is built in. I setup my gmail using the actual gmail app and it worked. I now can view multiple emails on the Moto 360 and have the options to reply to texts.
