Open play store, go to Google calendar, then hold the phone very close to your face - the font should appear larger.
Sorry, couldn't resist.

LOL, does this post won the best joke on xda award? No the award goes to some one else
For the OP to make font bigger on GB you need to use the latest GB first(2.3.6) go to settings==>accessibility==>font size.

I have changed my font to hand of Sean but you can only see half the text underneath the app. Is this due to font size ? If so how do I change it ?
I have done a search but nothing found

I want to get bigger icons so I was wondering what the DPI's are that I can use, because if I use the wrong ones it might screw op my phone right?
Or is there any other way to increase icon size?
Sent from my HTC One X using XDA
Dry decreasing the dpi, i think that will lower it, and u wont mess it up as long as u dont have it completely changed. Use an app from the market and find one you like and then change it in the build.prop to make it permanent

So I can choose whatever I like?

Well if decreasing it made things smaller then i think you can figure out how to make things bigger, and remember to do it in small increments until you find what you want

please correct me if i'm wrong but i dont think you can change icon size in sense drawer. With ADW launcher or Nova its possible.
Density with 192 dpi are no problem but it ist realy small...
I use 240 dpi
Using the Nova Launcher, back on my Wildfire I could change icon size easily with ADWLauncher.

ok, may you use following option: (root needed)
get root browser lite from the market
- open /system/build.prop
- search the line:"ro.sf.lcd_density=XXX"
- the XXX is your density change as you wish (try 360 | 320 is stock)
- save it (an build.prop.bak will be created with your original settings)
- reboot
I tried up to 450. Its possible but there u got little problems.
stumpyz9 mentioned this way before...
This will increase everything. Not only your icons...
So the only way to just increase the icons would be to get ADWLauncher again?

I think so. I was pretty sure the there is an option for icon change in nova but I don't find it right now. Sorry.
You can change your desktop icons with "desktop visualizer" by adding them as a widget. But I haven't tried that.
Sent from my HTC One X using XDA Premium HD app
Can't find it either.
I don't need everything to be bigger, only the icons.
the desktop visualizer method will only change size of your desktop icons!
get desktop visualizer from the market
install and create a widget "desktop visualizer 2x2(?)"on the desktop. size depends on you.
click widget
select symbol (app icon)
select action -> launch app
confirm with ok
your done.
you may change size by click, hold and choose edit.

Why is it that when I upgraded to ZVB the roboto font chnged and is much uglier and bolder than before? How can I change it back to normal roboto font?
Did you go to display options in settings. I'm not on JB yet so I can't be of too much help but try and change it and see what happens.

ROM toolbox doesnt work for the LGOG for some reason, and the JB update made everythuing bolder, its just something you'll have to deal with, or you can go back to zv9, or maybe once a deodexed ROM is out toolbox will work. till then your kinda screwed.
I have changed the font size and it looks about the same as the ICS font.
hello fellow members , is it just me or has anybody has this issue when your on official GT-N7100 4.3 update ?
as comparing my S4 and my Note II stock messaging up , the Note II's fonts are big , i mean seriously big even when the settings on font is set to " tiny " , bystanders around me when commuting can read what i've been texting to my contacts without effort as the fonts are really big ..
is there any way to reduce it's size to be as big as what's the font size on the app icon's names when on the menu ?
actually i got irritated by the default big font even when set to tiny. what i did was i changed my screen dpi to 240.
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda app-developers app
how did you do that ? or can i just change the dpi in the messaging app and not the other apps ? cause higher dpi means bettee colors right ?
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda app-developers app
Have you try to press volume up/down button ? It will resize txt in message app
Please press thx button if I have help you !
(Sorry for my bad english..)
yeah already pressed the volume button but the tiniest size available seems to big for me ..
what i did was install xposed framework and changed the dpi of the messaging app to 240 ..
now my problem's solved .. thanks guys

I downloaded the Rom Slim Bean.
So far I'm loving it.
Now I believe this rom interface display is smaller, the dock look smaller, the battery status icon hour and the rest of them. The text is also smaller and I have no idea how to increaze the interface overall size. I know there is a text size option but it's not what I'm asking.
The problem is that all the themes from the app THEMER won't be adjusted correctly how they should. For example: One of the themes loaded and it was more to the right and the icons aren't place correctly and it interfere with different actions.
Is there anyone who knows how to fix this small problem?
Thanks.
NOTE: Forgot to checkmark the QUESTION little box. -.-
