[Q] Roboto Font - Sprint LG Optimus G

Why is it that when I upgraded to ZVB the roboto font chnged and is much uglier and bolder than before? How can I change it back to normal roboto font?

Did you go to display options in settings. I'm not on JB yet so I can't be of too much help but try and change it and see what happens.

I tried that, but still the same....

Get a font app off the market.

ROM toolbox doesnt work for the LGOG for some reason, and the JB update made everythuing bolder, its just something you'll have to deal with, or you can go back to zv9, or maybe once a deodexed ROM is out toolbox will work. till then your kinda screwed.

I have changed the font size and it looks about the same as the ICS font.

Unless you know how to edit images, then your only option is to flash a theme for 4.1. Look in the market for a font changer. There is one by a guy named jrummy that has alot of fonts and is pretty simple to use.
Thanks bro! Helped out alot

Depends on what your talking about. If you want to theme apps and have a different look to the phone just download another launcher. For example go launcher. But if your talking about notification bar then you have to have root i believe.

[Theme](touchwiz) Shiftr182 blue theme

Update: works on MD4 as well
Hey guys, this is a update to shiftr's old theme, updated to work on MB1 and tested by me and confirmed working. He updated this theme for me and ALL credit goes to him and I have his permission to post it for everyone since he has a note II now and no longer has a s3. Enjoy!!!
Ps. I've only tested on stock rooted touch wiz Rom (freeza) so not sure if it will work on others

Love the theme. Simple yet very sleek unlike many of the other gaudy colorful crazy themes on here. This one is a winner! :good:
Used this on MOAR and everything changed except the battery icon in task bar.

Same here. Go to recovery and flash moar. Select only the option to run Morphology. Then go through everything and select Leave it Alone until you get to the battery. Change that to Stock ICS Blue or whatever you wish

Went right on a stock rooted phone with no problem. Wish the pattern trace was blue on the lock screen, but I don't know how to do this stuff so I can live with it. Installed it mainly for the notification bar mods anyway. Brighter and the contrasting blue helps me old eyes see it much better now. Thanks
Any chance of an update for MC3?

Thank you. So damn tired of that green...
I'm on MD4 as well but the battery and the toggles in the drop down didn't get themed this time. I've used this theme before and it worked fine except the battery. Kind of scared to use Morphology because I've had boot loops trying to change colors before.

Did you wipe cache/dalvik after flashing?
Is this compatible with the native hotspot mod?

Yes I did but I was informed that the theme might not have worked because I have lidroid toggle mod installed and aosp pulldown.

Oh yes. Makes sense. Since this was made for stock, those additional part would likely cause an issue.
Installed this from link in op but download name had color black listed. Flashed anyhow but no difference at all from stock. Running freezas md4 deodex. Have installed native hot spot mod, note 2 keyboard, modded shutter sound and camera during call in the xml files. Does that mean I'm out of luck for blue.

[Theme] WhiteUI for SHADOW ROM 1.4

I added a black status bar and a transparent status bar version to this theme.
Here's a theme I made that changed some of the status bar icons white. I made this for myself and I thought I would share it. The default gray really isn't my color lol. I wanted to keep it as close to stock as possible without adding new stuff. I wanted to keep it white and simple, similar to the S4.
Themed:
- Clock
- Battery %
- Signal bars
- WiFi
- 4G
- Alarm
- Sound mode
- Airplane
- Bluetooth
I also made the green battery icon brighter. I hope you guys like it.
Make a Back Up before you flash!!
Step 1. Flash
Step 2. Reboot
If you mess this up and something goes wrong, don't blame me lol
is there an revert zip we.can flash if something goes wrong?

Just replace the SystemUI.apk in the zip file with the SystemUI.apk from the original rom. Flash that and it will take you back to stock.
Very nice! Would you consider making it transparent or true black?

Yeah, I couldn't get the stock WiFi signal bars to go white the way I wanted them too. So I cheated and grabbed the WiFi signal from the S4 systemUI, which happen to be LTE.

So this theme replaced all the pentagrams and shiet from the UI right? I'll put it to good use if I migrate from JB6

No, this just modded the status bar icons for versions 1.4 and 1.5.
If you download the "999" version of Shadow, and use this theme, it looks amazong with no pentagrams.

Changing status bar battery icon color ?

I been trying to find a way to change the color of my status bar battery icon to white but nothing has worked. I have tried xposed and changing the color does not work. I'm running wicked v3, it bothers the heck out of me because it does not look good with my theme any help would be much appreciated.

I haven't used UOT Kitchen since my g1/mt4g days but I'm thinking they have support for android 4.3 phones/roms. Try giving that a try, I might also cuz I like to theme some stock roms with colored status bar icons too.
http://uot.dakra.lt/
Edit: Just checked and it looks like latest they support is android 4.2...
Hoping soon they update to at least 4.3

Do u have xposed installer as well?If u do have you installed framework on xposed installer and have wanan checked in modules.

I have Xposed installed, and none of the modules I've tried seem to work for changing the battery icon or its color. The ones I've used are Wanum, Xbattery Themer and Xposed Status Bar Mods. All of the other icons can be changed, but the battery is stubborn.
I'm on the stock ROM with a the Faux123 kernel.
You need to change the battery images in your systemui.apk, wanam can change your battery icon image but it dont let you choose color because it's replacing the battery image with his.

What steps would I have to do to change it to white or applications would I need to use to change the images in systemui.apk ?
Sent from my SM-N900T using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
You need to decompile the systemui.apk and replace the battery images with the ones you like, I think you could just open the apk with 7zip or winrar and drop the battery images you want, not really sure if that still works though, you said you're on wicked right I thought wicked had a white theme
