Daguu_Espresso_v1.3_10626 [ Best Slide Release ]

Daguu Espresso series of Hero ROM has been imporve by zygame and me for a long time. And now, we will bring this great news to every Hero users that this will best version. Daguu espresso was ported from MyTouch Slide 3G. Because of i'm busy at work, thanks for my good partner zygame to fix most of the bugs.

* 10615: Reduce keyboard's lights and turn the brightness value, fix albums FC;
* 10616: Upgrading the keyboard lights ;
* 10619: lower backlight brightness, reduce the standby frequency of CPU, the range is: 160000-576000 KHz, modify build.prop, show rev, modify apn list
* 10620: Use new kernel with BFS, modify the UA of MMS, re-arrange the layout of default widgets;
* 10621: Fixed widgets' layout,move APN list out of apk;
* 10622: return back to the old Kernel;
* 10623: Modify the CPU frequency range again, the maximum frequency was adjusted to 595 MHz;
* 10624: Fix trackball;

Facebook HTC Sense and friendstream do not work!
What about adding Live Wallpapers?

this is ported from the official MySlide Touch 3G's RUU. And eveything works properly.

and friendstream?

I don't understand why this rom has been so understimated! It's BLAZING smooth and fast! Maybe the boot process is not the fastest...But everything works fine! I flashed it few minutes ago and I already feel like this one will be my new rom! Coming from Villain 12.0!

what about gamming performace ?
I think i´m going to try this ...

what about performace ?
is it faster than villain 12.0 ?

Installed, running beautifully. None of bugs found so far...
The phone is very stable and the battery looks promising (15% in last 9h with
moderate use, wifi-mobile..).
Was running Villain 12.0 with launcher pro and there is no big difference compared to Daguu which is even smoother...

Details:​Ported from whoshotjr2006 once again, i wouldnt have done this or any of my other roms without him!
First of all me and Loxxy decided to port this to the hero because it didnt look like harut56 was ever going to maintain the rom, whereas Team Legacy will. So far i have been the only one working on this rom apart from whoshotjr2006 and the WFS team, but Loxxy is going to help increase speed and functionality wherever he can. Basic gapps are included like in all my ICS roms.
This has been tweaked with tweaks from my CM9 rom, so you people who have used my other roms will know how fast this is.
AOKP stands for Android open kang project which is based on CM9 but with more tweaks and more customisable. Just flash it and tell me what you think

What about speed?

Can't wait to try this. Since getting my One X I thought I'd be flashing and testing roms on my Hero like crazy but in reality I've barely used my Hero. But hopefully within the next few days ill flash try this Rom out and also the other New/updated roms I've seen recently

Ok so just tested it, and one thing i can say. AWSOME!!!! There is no man on Earth that doesnt love AOKP. Speed is awsome if you pick Trebuchet launcher, I OC'd my device to 695 MHz and it flies. Awsome, changing my daily driver to this...

You might feel that this is just like those other CyanogenMod kangs, but no, it isn't
It has it's own unique features, and all code from CyanogenMod is regularly merged.
It isn't intended to replace CyanogenMod tbh, but to provide a better CyanogenMod-based ROM for tablets.

P.S. This build is untested, though it *should* be in the same state as CyanogenMod 10.1 builds.
I'ld appreciate if someone tests it and lets me know.

Will charge my tablet and test this out this evening. Used this on my GTab 10.1 for quite a while, can only be good on nexus 10. Good to see more development projects coming our way.

Dude lay off the guy...He posted an exceptional ROM for all of us here and put his time into doing so and your being a jerk bashing him. All we need is to start making devs leave cause of sh*t like this and then we'll have less ROMs and less content overall for our N10's. The ROM rocks, treat people with more respect. well i will but later i have to run to a cafe for internet(my home net isnt connecting).And i dont have much tine for now.You may want to go to- www.radiancerom.blogspot.com i have kept the v1 of radiance here.Ram is same.You can use ram manager for some really high class ram(gaming class).

I have some bugs brow after taking a screenshoot, a got a fc message and i dont have switch launcher... and i'm so sorry but sometimes its lagy (by default, i didn't install anything... please fix that

well its because of the 100% gpu rendering.The gpu isnt too powerful.It lags only in settings app.
Also reset your phone before flashing

I think it is a necessary feature because it extends the life of the display. I got my gnex from someone who used only stock rom and at the statusbar and navbar the screen is burn (not much but it can be seen). So thats why I think it is a very usefull feature

Great ROM as usual Des-Franco, simplicity is better, settings are well laid out and not overly complicated. Only thing though, this could just be me, but I am getting quicker battery drain, this morning I took the phone off the charger and within 10mins the battery percentage dropped by 3%. It's now been mostly off for the past 2 hours and the battery is at 80%. I did do a clean install, I used cpu spy and yes the phone is going into deep sleep.
Any ideas? I just flashed ASKP kernel and will report back on whether or not it slowed the battery drain.
I did not do any restores or anything with Titanium backup nor did I install any big amount of applications (whatsapp, cpu spy, tasker, es file explorer, just the basics as with any other ROM) but other ROMs did not drain like this even stock 4.3
Just attaching a log file so if anyone knows what is causing the battery drain, I know nothing about these. I basically started the log and left the phone alone.
UPDATE: Looks like ASKP did the trick, the battery drain has settled down now.
