Hello Guys okay I know there are a lot of thread in Q&A section about "Best rom for JB"... but I want to ask some things about Slimbean.
Im a bit bored with CM10 however its pretty stable and smooth for me ....but what do You think which is better okay I know that Slim is based on pure CM10 but Slimbean has better battery life and smoother? Its good at gaming? Does it have major or minor bugs? Thank You guys and sorry for long post and my bad english.

They say that slimbean has a better battery life than cm10. You should backup your cm10 with nandroid backup via cwm recovery and install slimbean. If you don't like, you restore cm10.
There is no difference between the gaming performance. As far my experience the gaming performance of all cm10 roms sucks...
What slim bean has to offer over cm10 is a bit more smoothness and a bit more battery plus lots of custumization

have u guys tested the newest version of stock like dxkt8?
it has the galaxy note lockscreen i heard
if you wanna try, this is the link for the dxkt8, not having problem, just have to increase the performance by custom rom and maybe a boost memory by a2sd darktremor. . . (hehe. . . a bit advertising?)

Which from are u using?
Stock 2.3.6 open germany
How's the battery performance?
Normal, bit better due to tweaking
is it stable and smooth for daily use?
Yes. Stock =stability, at the cost of performance so I use tweaks to get them both

CM9 has been very smooth for me. I use it daily. But I'm starting to experience random freezes in beta 8. Thinking about switching back to beta 7
Adrenaline rom is great in every aspect.
Using Gingerbread 2.3.6. Smooth, fast and battery performance is good. 2days using it's basis phone features and a lil bit of angry birds>
Stock with custom kernel. There's nothing better yet.

Beta 8 isn't particularly stable for me. Even though it is very smooth, it has random crashes and freezes for me along with many other bugs.
Adrenaline ROM 2nd Edition
it's pretty stable and the best part is if you manage to configure it well you can make it really smooth and with battery lasting for 1 day and half...
you can say its too low but considering to the use i give to it is awesome
i tried almost all the roms, kernels, and configs for Gio but seems i've finaly managed one that fits my style, lots of battery without any lag at all

I think the most stable rom for gaming is still the gb because ics for our device is just released and still take time for other games to adapt to our ics based.

If you are asking what the differences are then you obviously want to try it out but looking for someone to convince you too.. Do yourself a favor man download the 9/13 nightly if you can and try it out for yourself. JB has improvements over ICS that you just need to see. Calm on man you have a device that can hold every rom in here and you can switch back at any time. Don't treat your phone like that give it a chance to try something new.... No more questions GO FOR IT

The "smoothness" is hard to quantify and, to me, barely noticeable compared to MS6.
The RRs, SODs, and in call audio issues with JB are very noticeable.
MS6 also has deeper user feature set than the still-developing JB.
I am super grateful that WHX is developing the JB for our phones.
But I will wait patiently on the more stable MS6 until JB starts reaching full milestones.
My 2.

Slim Bean Or CM10 Or CM9 Which The Better And Why ?

Fast , HD Gaming , Bettery life
Just in time, I have a whole day thinking what ROM that will stay for a while with my phone. I choosing for CM9, Slimbean and CM10, and the thread came up just in time. I also look for fast by default, camera, HD Gaming, most of all, battery life. In short, overall performance.
Need for an advise.
CM10 hands down or SlimBean is just as good as its based off CM10 anyway. CM9 is just too old and has mch poorer performance. Chances are those who promote CM9 hasn't even USED CM10 and is just watching it.
Just try each of them out, everyone has different experiences, i would go for cm9 for now, cm10/ slimbean when kernel 3.0 is fully working, just my opinion.

For now the performance difference is small, until the kernel 3.0 is fully working then we will see the real difference . However cm9 is more stable and I tried both os for a long time to judge . Anyways you are the one to choose witch one you like .

I used stock XXLMI. i want update my phone newest versions but i dont do it cuz this versions isnt stable. one weeks ago i installed a jb rom and in this rom it isnt any music player, i installed a music player but i didnt use it cuz this force closes. What's your suggestion for me ??
Just stick to CM9 till a more stable release for CM10 is out. If you have trouble with permissions, go to recovery and use fix permissions.
Don't get me wrong. That's just my opinion... You can use CM10 if you like. For music player, use Google Play Music.

All the ROM for this device are almost the same, all ics/jb roms are basead on arco's source, which means that there are no significant difference in battery/performance/bugs between them, the only difference is the mods, apps (removed or moded), and a few tweaks.
Pick the rom you like the most, if you want a clean rom and you don't care about those mods just pick CM9 or CM10, I would go for cm10, it's stable enough for daily use.
Edit: If you're a gamer go for cm9, or cm9 basead roms.

Yes, normal stock JB is better than stock ICS but we are talking about an ICS ROM that has RC stage while the JB is only at its alpha stage. The tweaks and 'project butter' smoothness will not be at its... Full power? Just saying. Not bias to any ROM at all. Different people have different opinions.
Sent from my Samsung Galaxy W (GT-I8150) running CM9 RC 7
I used CM10 by Arco with 4.1 to 4.2 JB App Mods...
But its me... And in the end all the options back to you...
Sorry for my bad english...
If you ask me what is the best ROM in W. Then I would say: Nothing.
What's the best for me maybe its not the same for someone else. Maybe someone said: 'Ah CM10 FTW!!!' but then someone else argued: 'No!! CM9 is better blah blah blah'. And someone else said SlimBean 4.2 is da best.. e.t.c. And you know what will happen next.
If you want to ask what is the best ROM, ask it yourself. Try any ROM and Mods that might fit your requirements. (And expectation, of course)
