guys i need your help...
i have arc s (lt18i), the problem is my phone restart many times went i use the phone..
his heavy restarting went putt the sim card, memory or use the camera without charge the phone..
is sometimes working went i charge the phone but sometimes is restart also..
i try many way to fix this problem but is not working..
alwas restart n restart again...
i try use stock rom (587,431), repair with seus, pcc, 0% btty, but not wrking..
pliz i need your helpp.. :crying:
sory for my bad english

Put a bit of paper between the battery and see how it gos for a few hour, if that fails then wipe your SD card and see how it is, failing that you might need a Service Centre as flashing new FW hasn't worked so might be a HW issue.

i have already do that..
wipe sd n put paper..
i try use without sd, sim card but is restart also..

hello... why i cant access internal sd card after flash?
it says "no sd card inserted" when i want open "my files"
You flashed with your SD in?
Sent from my GT-I8150 using XDA App
With rom did you flash?
Sent from my GT-I8150
Go to recovery (Vol UP + Power + Home) then wipe data and cache or do factory reset
After that flash it again
sorry all for quiet a few days...
i flash with no sd card insert...
flash with cowthgun slim shady...
after a few days keep try n error now my sgw cant turn on...
even when i put charger oso nothing out on screen...
that's sound like a hard-like a **** brick man..
Maybe it caused by sd swap(vold.stab) thing that apply on that rom..and then u flashed with no extrnal-sd inside..that causes havoc.!
If u want unbrick DIY style..google this;usb jig
If u don't want get ur hands dirty, service centre..
Gud luck..

then only i try n error using swap, mount n unmount using root toolkit...
after nothing happen n i really tense with it,i off my fon...
BANGGGG,my sgw cant turn ON already... until today...
its because of whatar actually?
im just use 2 weeks... i suspect its because overheat cause at the cover area camera its like got a buble there... or its because software problem? cause i wanna claim a warranty by SME... but need to wait until next (now close 1 week for Chinese New Year).
am i possible to claim warranty if its caused by software?
thats the point.. if they can detect its my problem,is there any warranty?
but im strongly trust that my fon is overheat cause got a bubble at camera area near to micro-usb port...
P/s : back to b4,im use a thether to connect to internet while im doing my rooting,flashing...
b4 that,i'

If it would have been the software of Samsung(stock rom), which would have caused the overheat, you would have been on the safe side.
But because you were using a custom ROM, which even provides overclocking, which most probably caused the overheating and bubble, you actually don't have any warranty left. You can just try to send your phone to Samsung and if you are lucky they won't find out you were flashing custom ROMs and they might replace it.
BTW: A Topic with the name "Plshelp" is not very useful. If everybody would do that, this forum would be a mess. So next time think about a topic which expresses the problem. If you could change the name of your topic it would be good.
good luck

Shouldn't happen, rooting the phone should not cause this problem. I havr rooted my phone many times but it's still working fine. Which method of root did you use and for which firmware?
僕のLT18iから送られてきた
1. Reboot into recovery, wipe cache, wipe data. Shut down the phone
2. Change baseband with flashtool
3. Power on the phone
Report if it worked please
It isn't something related to rooting I think, maybe u can try out the following-
1.Check after removing sim for 15 mins and inserting it agn Properly inside.
2.If u have a stock rom backup, restore it and try.Check whether your phone is showing your IMEI number or not.Sometimes modem/radio files get wiped out.
3.Could be a hardware issue.Maybe your SIM tray is damaged - either one or more of the contact 'ribbons' is damaged.Check whether or not u can save numbers to your sim card.
4.Take it to your carrier's repair centre.

Have you rooted your phone afterwards? I've experienced similiar problem while my phone was half-rooted. It shouldn't happen on a clean, unrooted firmware. Try flashing firmware from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2606658, I'm using it and haven't experienced a single reboot so far. That said, my phone is fully rooted, so if reboots still happen after flashing this firmware, follow this procedure, if that doesn't solve it, it could be a hardware related problem.
Does it happen while on your pocket or when you hold it or/and when you leave it at the table?
Does it say "Sim card removed. Restarting"?
Try to push with your finger at the area of the sim card(s) and see if it is restarting. I have this kind of problem with mine...

I don't think it has anything to do with that, the problem is probably hardware. At least mine was doing that right from the start. Before root, before everything...

Problem with storage

using micromax a1 past 1 month and this is the only issue i have ..... randomly at times im not able to write data on micro sd card ..... means not able to store clicked pictures , delete/edit content , download content from whatsapp etc , worst part is that it happens without any warning or notification , due to which i lose many pics thinking that i have clicked them but not .... when i open quickpic ( gallery app ) it shows toast notification - "not an error (code 0): could not open the database in read/write mode" , googled the error and found that it is an issue in kitkat , btw im using everything stock ,locked bootloader , non-rooted . i didn't find any proper solution to this.
Any help ?
P.S - problem disappears after a reboot but again comes back after few hours , tried resetting sd card ..... works fine in othe mobile/PC ....

I have the exact same problems and i tried using diffrent sd cards but its no use. I know lollipop will fix this issue because google said its bringing back support for sd cards in android 5. Till then i dont know how i can fix this issue. Btw i am on ART runtime . is that causing this problem or will flashing another stock rom work ? Please help.
SD Card Issue
My friend had the same issue with his A1, and I being his "go to guy", I did factory reset, factory reset from recovery mode, installed stock rom again but none of this worked. Finally, i replaced his SD card with mine and tried to click a photo and voila it worked. So morale of the story, buy a new SD card.

Cannot use SIM and plane mode problem

Hi,
I have a T2 Ultra and a few days ago somehow the phone has begun not seeing SIM card. In addition, the phone pinned plane mode and I can't deactivate plane mode whatever I did.
So what's the problem? My phone software already got the last update Android 4.3 and 19.0.1.A.0.207...

Thanks, but it doesn't work and the problem still occurs. The phone cannot find SIM card whatever I did. You think it is a technical problem or maybe a software update need?

I encountered that in my samsung tab4. So what I did?
turn off the phone - remove the sim card - turn on then I enable AirplaneMode - off again / reinsert sim card - boot to your system
hope this will help.
@elvis32 have u tried what @titanium_gld has suggested? I'm having same issue with T2 ultra
