GBA.emu is a great GBA emulator. I haven't tried each emulator, but any of Robert Broglia's emulators are great.
Blazing Star and Chu Chu Rocket both work flawlessly.

Anyone had any luck with nba jam? Market says n4 isnt supported yet so i tried the apk from my note and from my gs3, but no luck with either one. Im guessing a cracked version would be the only way.

I have a really basic question. I'm planning to upgrade from Xperia Play to Xperia S and I am not sure if all my previously bought games will work on this phone...Or will I have to re-purchase some of them? I am not sure about compatibility, hence the question. This is based on idea from jgaf, from this thread. Feel free to try his profiles, but I can't guarantee if it will work because he uses a tablet not a phone. He opened a thread in AT&T version of SGS3, so take a look if you don't find what you need here in this thread. I will make sixaxis touch profiles but unfortunately I am not a rich person so I can't buy all games. I hope other forum members will share their profiles here so everyone can benefit from it. I will update this post with profiles made by other forum members, with credits to them of course. Please give thanks to the contributor mentioned.
Before proceeding, do this first:
1) Buy this app: Sixaxis Controller
2) Read app description carefully.
3) Go to the developer's website and read everything.
How to use .map profiles
1) Download the desired .map profile for the game you want to use.
2) Put the .map file in /sdcard/data/com.dancingpixelstudios.sixaxiscontroller/profiles/
2) Then in the Sixaxis Controller app choose the desired touch profile from the drop-down menu. (right under the "Pair Controller" button)
3) Enjoy the game.
If you need help making a profile for a specific game, just post here asking for help. Someone (I can't promise) will try to make a working profile for it. Also if you find any problems with the controls please post your problems or suggestions so it can be fixed.

Final Fantasy 1 or 3? I've got both so when I get a chance I can map one. They're pretty easy to do if you want to do it though, I use Screenshot UX to get the background showing the keys then map it to that.

been trying to get this to work - so far the only games I have is dead trigger and shadowgun - only shadowgun semi-works in menu but once the game loads, the character spins and the controls no longer work right. I am sure I am missing something (obviously) - any help is appreciated
my sg3 is unrooted and I do not have sixaxis - am using usb/bt joycenter

Shadowgun supports the controller natively AFAIK, so you shouldn't need Sixaxis Controller.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to get Project 83113 to work on my N7. Works just fine on my phone, but it crashes upon opening on my tablet. Also, Cytus is not entirely free; the first 3 songs are free, but the other 15 or so are only unlocked by paying for it.
Edge is another fun puzzle game that's free; there's a pay version that adds another ~50 levels, but the free version is plenty fun and challenging.
If you like Cytus, and/or are a fan of the PC game Stepmania (essentially DDR/ITG for your fingers), there's a free game called Beats that uses Stepmania .sm files.
Lastly, I believe the original Pew Pew (Geometry Wars-esque arcade shooter) is free, though its sequel is not.

Thanks for letting me know. I only tried cytus to test my touch screen and it seemed fun. Sad it's not totally free though. Hmmm yeah project didnt' work. I deleted it.

I installed Strikefleet Omega this moring and I'm hooked. I'm a few hours in but I think I'm only about halfway there.

My fav 2 free games
Best two free games for me atm are mutant roadkill and pyramid rising, both addictive and very fun games!

Try Agent Dash! Its just come out on the play store. Its an endless runner like Temple Run but looks and plays nicer!

Auralux - some levels are free, but all levels + bonus "speed mode" are only $2.99 as a bundle
SpeedX 3d - Has only gotten better over the years

I like golf and "slower" games. My fav is Stickman.

+1...also games that don't require an internet connection would be nice. Where's my water and a few more need to be connected to wifi to continue playing which is a drag if you're not at home or near wifi.

Anyone know if there are any games like the Star Fleet Battles or Battletech board games?
