I'm sorry but the OP should not get any help here...
To the OP,
Did you root the phone yourself? If so, why have you rooted your phone when you have NO idea on how to get back to stock? Did you not think it wise to learn all this before you get stuck?
It's starting to get ridiculous how many threads regarding the same thing are posted up over and over again...

Ruu for htc_Asia_India http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1691164
Follow this only if you cannot run the RUU
MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP FIRST
Please note this method is not tested by me and I will not be responsible for bricked phones.
step 1
Download the attached zip file, unzip it anywhere.
(THIS IS NOT A FLASHABLE ZIP)
http://www.4shared.com/zip/zJOCA9V_/restore.html?
step 2
run the restore application
If the phone doesn't start and directs you to recovery saying E:/ invalid command argument, the img got corrupted while downloading or were not downloaded properly. You will have to download them again. Till then you can follow step 2 again by replacing my boot.img and system.yaffs2.img with the ones from your nand backup.
if you are doing this to claim your warranty, you may want to set your bootloader to *****locked (OOW)***** state

stuck on HTC quietly brilliant screen :(

I have just tried to do a restore from a backed up rom using recovery and it wont go past the HTC logo screen.
I have wiped all settings but still no luck
Help needed please
Go into bootloader mode (vol down + power), fastboot, type 'fastboot erase cache' 'fastboot reboot-bootloader', and then reboot.
Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk 2
So you have re-locked the bootloader and have a stock recovery right? Try erasing the cache in fastboot.
I think the command is "fastboot erase cache" but I'm not 100% sure on the command.
NVM, UnlockedNand has got this one.
Cheers guys
just tried it and no go sorry

Flash a new boot.img according to the rom you are flashing. Superwipe, and then flash the rom.

This is the exact solution which worked. I was stuck after I unlocked my Sprint HTC Evo 3D via htcdev.com. I did these steps:
1. "fastboot flash boot boot.img" (extracted from Cool ICS rom)
2. Wiped everything including partitions using 4EXT
3. Installed Cool ICS rom
Thanks!!!
tried flashing jb hd revolution rom and now stuck here.
force restart takes me here and hold vol down does nothing?

You cant flash any JB rom because your hboot do not support them. Only the aosp roms probably work like CM10. I suggest you update your hboot first to JB
Do the fastboot command
Fastboot getvar version-main
Fastboot oem readcid
Post them back and i provide 2 options to update the hboot

You can do this :
Download this file
http://androidfiles.org/ruu/securek...Radio_2.1204.135.20_release_274900_signed.exe
Put the phone in the bootloader and lock it
Fastboot oem lock
It will reboot and there will be some warning sign in the bootloader, keep it there and execute the RUU from the PC with admin rights. Click the ruu.exe with the right mousebutton and select
Run as admin (or similar command)
Note : this will flash the phone to full stock. After the ruu you boot into the phone and check manually for updates to JB !
Second option :
Go here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1957376
Download the firmware package for your CID and rename it to firmware.zip
Put the phone in the bootloader and lock it
Fastboot oem lock
Then perform the next commands
Fastboot oem rebootRUU (bootloader reboots)
Fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
This will update the hboot only .....
After this you unlock the bootloader again and flash the custom recovery, flash the boot.img from the Rom and do a new clean install of the rom

fastboot flash boot what_ever_your_file_is_named.img

put the boot.img in the same folder your fastboot files are on your pc, then boot into your bootloader on your phone.
pick fastboot, connect your usb so it becomes fastboot usb
in the cmd prompt on your pc type fastboot flash boot boot.img
or download this program http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1634786 (courtesy of team hex)
put your boot.img in the boot.img folder
put your phone into fastboot usb
then run the program and pick flash boot.img
If you don't get it then you shouldn't have unlocked the phone in the first plce until you read up on adb/fastboot

This.
I wish more people would actually read and understand what they're doing before they start doing it. If you unlock/root your phone you NEED to know how to restore any changes you make, this usually means you need to know how to use ADB, the Recovery console and the Bootloader (the bare minimum of things you need to know).
If you don't know how to use any of these things stop whatever it is you're doing. It most likely wont end well.
You should really read up on things. Until we get soff you won't be able to flash kernels etc through cwm. Regarding adb and fastboot try reading this http://www.addictivetips.com/mobile/what-is-adb-and-how-to-install-it-android/.

[Q] Stuck on Loading screen

Hi all ,
I have a HTC ONE X on the UK 3 Network.
After an update and reboot it is now stuck on the HTC quietly brilliant screen.
I have tried many ways of trying to get it to work, no luck so far.
I have unlocked the boot loader and successfully flashed Team Win Recovery 2.3.3
I don't know really where to go next, I have tired following some guides but this is as far as I can get.
Can anyone direct me what to do next ?

Just enable MTP in twrp(enabled by default), transfer any rom.zip in phone and flash.

I had a custom rom.zip but everytime I flash it, I reboot my HTC and it still doesn't have an OS. Is there a stock firmware I can download?

That's firmware only, not OS, won't boot
I think this is easier for you. Restore nandroid backup.

Fastboot doesn't read my device, only on TWRP recovery
you need to be in Fastboot mode to read fastboot getvar all, you do that by turning off the phone, then turning on keeping pressed Vol- and Power until it goes to the white screen, then select Fastboot, and then you get on CMD "fastboot getvar all" then paste it here to see what is the problem
