Can you have a Bell version of the Galaxy S III sgh-i747 unlocked to use in the US ànd on straight talk? Or is it not same as AT&T?
They're same, you just need to flash the proper modem if it doesn't work

Cool so all same bands 2g, 3g, 4g, h, h+, ltr ect
. Just offers 32gb internal mem? Does it also take 64gb sd card?
Right now Bell have S3 with 16GB internal memory only, their website says 32GB is coming soon. And yes it supports MicroSD up to 64GB.

Ok people are saying different things about the Galaxy Nexus Verizon version
having micro sd. I just saw a video with Verizon LTE on the back of the phone and the guy had an sd installed!! So is this true and if so is it 32gb or 16gb?
I am sooo impatient and want to get the international version from Negri electronics but can anyone truly tell me the pros and cons and the differences between the two...I have watched videos and dont see an interface difference and I know one is hspa+(global) and one is cdma/lte but what is the real difference? A small lag with the Tmobile version wont make a huge difference to me although LTE would be nice. Help I need specifics and cannot get a definitive answer on the storage issue and I dont want to spend $800 and be completely dissapointed..Thanks guys-----From John in L.A.
video link? perhaps it was the SIM card...
there is NO SD card slot on any Galaxy Nexus device.
the differences are simple:
Unlocked GSM: 16GB, Pentaband HSPA+
Verizon: 32GB, thicker due to larger battery and LTE.
if you are taking about seeing it in the menu, the intenal storage state it as sd storage.
Wondering if I should get a Galaxy Nexus 4G LTE from America since I want the the 32GB storage but the GSM version does not have 32GB only 16GB.
So does the 4G Galaxy Nexus work in Australia or should I wait for the Samsung Galaxy S III - Considering the Galaxy S range is usually a major step up from the Nexus before it i.e. Nexus S to the Galaxy S II. I am strongly considering it if I can't use a 4G phone in Australia and they are not going make a GSM version with 32GB storage.
Your thoughts please...
No it doesn't.

no;
1: LTE bands may not be compatiable
2. the VZW version uses CDMA; not GSM for voice/3G
3. the LTE is for data only on the GNexus; there are currently no Voice over LTE deployed that I know of yet
Like others above me have said no it will not work in Australia or any other country outside of the USA, the LTE is CDMA only, and for Verizon USA only , it might work outside USA on roaming but that's it, even some accessories might have issues like a case because the LTE is a bit thicker due to having a larger battery for the LTE.
I am thinking about getting a nexus and would like a gsm phone that would work with my pre-paid t-moble and att sim. Occasionaly I do have to go to Europe and would prefere a phone that would be compatible with their radio bands as well. I found one on Amazon "Samsung Galaxy Nexus SA-I9250 Unlocked Phone--International Version" do you think this would trully be international or ?
Yes. That is GSM. GSM is global. Buy that model.
ANY i9250 is "global" because it is unlocked GSM. Just don't buy the Verizon (i515) model.
The gsm nexus truly is as global as can be. It works on all 3g networks including tmo usa and att. Its the ultimate gsm compatible phone.
Samsung Galaxy Nexus SA-I9250 I understand this phone has no SD slot. Is it actualy 16gb or 32gb? and it has no 4g radio, just 3g radios? Will most of the i515 accessories work with it?

No Galaxy Nexus have SDcard slots. i9250 is 16gb. You'll have a little over 13gb available out of the box (rest is OS, etc.).

There is no 4G LTE radio. There are EDGE/UMTS/HSPA+ radios. HSPA+ is sometimes called "4G" depending on the carrier. But it only has an HSPA+ 21mbps radio. So no matter what they call it, that's the fastest it'll go.

Screen protectors are interchangeable. Most cases fit fine too (be sure to check reviews, though). Extended batteries and covers are not interchangeable. Of course chargers are, as micro USB is a standard.
Hey,
Sorry if this has been posted before, couldn't find it when I searched.
I'm in need of a phone, I gave away my current phones. And we have no source of news that T-Mobile will receive any 32GB or 64GB S4.
So I was wondering if I buy the AT&T 32GB S4 will it work on HSPA+ when I use it on T-Mobile in NYC.
Thank you.

Will an att unlocked phone read all the tmobile bands that the tmobile s4 will?
Hi all,
While I was deployed in Afghanistan I purchased a Note 2 GT-N700 from an Italian PX. Used it over there and worked great. Come back to the States last week and Verizon, my carrier, says I can't use it here because they don't have that IMEI number. Tried putting my active Verizon mini SIM in it from my GS4 and nothing.
Can I salvage this situation? I really like the bigger Note 2. Can I root or something?
Thanks in advance.
Verizon is CDMA. 100% not going to work.

Thanks; so it'd only work with ATT or TMobile SIM cards?
2G only for T-Mo, some 3G for ATT, no LTE on either. N7100 is not well suited to use in North America, better to sell it & pick up the VZW variant (if you can get past the branding on the home button).
