It can be done if you write it from source into the framework good luck

Despite this smart remark... he is correct it has to be written into the framework or would require the kernel to have the the code to disable it and an app to toggle it disabling and enabling.

Vsync

Use RootExplorer. Then go to /d/clk/mdp_vsync_clk/enable. Change the value 0 to 1 using init.d script. And.. my question, It is will make the vsync really working?or not?

possibly works on cm10 a3 kernel 3.0? because I see the file and its values is 0. should I change to 1?
nvm, I tried to change but after reboot the values resets to 0 again
Go to this thread , download vsync activator. Install via cwm with mount/system. Next, use script manager go to /system/etc/init.d, run as root and run as boot. Then, you can run it. Dont forget to save.

If I recall set CPU doesnt work so well with the kernels. I was told to use "system tuner" and it works give it try. There is a free and paid version in play store.

You might be running two kernel tweakers. I had that problem with SetCPU and KTweaker. Disable one and it should fix the problem
