If I recall set CPU doesnt work so well with the kernels. I was told to use "system tuner" and it works give it try. There is a free and paid version in play store.

You might be running two kernel tweakers. I had that problem with SetCPU and KTweaker. Disable one and it should fix the problem

Well as far as I know it uses the graphics engine rather than CPU (which is suppose to be) and the phone behave faster
and smoother

It's sort of a hold over option from GB, from what I understand. It was there to help performance for older apps, written before GPU acceleration was supported or something along those lines.

CPU control widget

Is there a app that can make widgets that are set to certain freqs? Like one with ondemand 192-1.5 and another performance 1.5? That is click and change instead of going into app or performance settings.
Damn that would be sweet... I'm also curious.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-T989 using xda premium
What I did is have setcpu added profiles to it for the speed I wanted then ran tasker and setup widgets that I can check to increase my speed when I want or decrease it too

yes exzatly, iam at 192-1.5 onDemand (or badass if im using kko) but when i play Deadzone i pretty much max it out to where it doest reboot. performance 1.6 or 1.7.
There is one in the play store called quick CPU control.. There is a free and a pro version.. You can create profiles and corresponding widgets.. Ivtried the free version and when I use one of the widgets then check my CPU it shows that nothing has changed.. So I have no idea if it's even working.. But u should try it.

Nope, actually it's the other way around, it doesn't support cm10, only cm10.1
I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you, maybe it's because of the new Mali drivers used in cm10.1?
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda premium
So what can I do to get around this when I install it simply boot loops without logo. Thanks
Also I am using 24th build latest.

That would be because Perseus doesn't support AOSP/CM based ROMs. It says so right there in the OP.

Note 2 kernel uses boot.img , other devices uses zimage file..they are different..so make sure what you flash has boot.img NOT zimage.

I put in my post. Running JB=JellyBomb. There a few options to overclock etc in the setting with this rom.. Believe me ive trued just about every rom and I always come back to JB due to reliability, least amount of force closes, speed and customization options.

I've never had a force close or any other issue with MacksROM AllStar. I'm currently running MacksROM AllStar 5.0 with SaberKernel. I have a live wallpaper running and quite a few processes in the background. No overclocking.
