Ok, so the on screen keyboard is being very temperamental.
For like web browsing, it works great. However, for SMS, it doesn't work at all any ideas?
Using android 2.1 with launcher pro on my tilt 2

Virtual Keyboard & Slide Out Keyboard
I've recently joined this forum and am enjoying playing with Android on my HTC Touch Pro2.
I'm located in the UK and the keyboard layout isn't the same as what is installed as part of the installation pack. How do I get the keyboard mapping to match that of my keyboard. On the bottom left corner of the keyboard I have the following keys:
Caps - in GREEN and Shift below that
CTRL - below the Caps / Shift Key
FN - to the right of the CTRL key
I am also not getting the virtual keyboard at all? I click on the fields and nothing happens so I have to use my keyboard. I just calibrated the keyboard on screen and that was fine but when I go and try to send a SMS when I click on the input field I don't get a virtual keyboard.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Hey all,
I was wondering, does anyone know of a soft keyboard for the touch pro 2 / tilt2 that has larger keys then the current on. I don't have large fingers, but i might as well have, I've been dealing with typing and messing us every 5 letter and input wrong letter, but there has to be a nicer keyboard. I've tried a few, the custom keyboard or something like that, i forget the name, but still the buttons are to small.
Any one know of anything?
Thanks,
Hi, i have the keyboard dock and love it. Each time the tab goes to sleep it reverts the onscreen keyboard to the orignal android keyboard. And to get the most out of the dock you need the samsung onscreen keyboard. Anyoneone experiencing on their tab and know how to stop this or is this a current bug in the software.
Just wondering how to enable moving the text cursor by simply swiping the keyboard left or right like in this video:

I know this works as I have tried this on the store model but I cannot enable this feature on my device.
I bought my device from Panamoz and I think I might have a French model as the box was French along with the initial boot language, could this be the issue?
Hey guys, how do I hide the keyboard on the note 2?
Sometimes in landscape it takes up so much space I can't even see the damn junk I'm typing.
I thought it might be thr little V shaped arrow but that just shows more word suggestions.
This is probably a daft question but I'm stumped, and didn't get any love from google either!
Thx gurus
