Auto-rotate will not work after 4.1.1 update - Sprint Samsung Galaxy S III

I'm running an unrooted GS3, i know, lame.
After I did the OTA update that put me to 4.1.1 my auto rotate will not work.
I have :
toggled the auto rotate feature on and off and on and off and on...
restarted the phone
turn the phone off, and back on
removed the battery

Interesting observation .

So lastnight I did an Odin restore back to 4.0.2 since I was getting reboot issues no matter what rom or kernel I was using . Since doing so now auto brightness isnt an issue anymore . Its not dim like it used to be and now acts like auto brightness suppose to . Im wondering if those who are effected by "dim auto brightness" a factory reset or an Odin restore would correct their issues ?

Key Lights

Weirdest thing. After running MIUI ICS 2.4.6, which does have a bug with key lights (Somehow you have to turn them on with a toggle on the quick settings screen, then turn off auto brightness), I just restored my stock/rooted ROM and no keylights.
Then I flashed 4 Korners and still no keylights and anyone who knows me know I'm a psycho about wiping before I flash a new ROM
Any ideas?

Auto Brightness

It does not matter auto bright open or closed it isnt change . When i open there is nothing happened. How can i fix it?
N7100 4.1.2 jb stock samsun rom.

[Q] Note 2 4.3 Wifi issues

Ever since I updated to 4.3 my phone has been having wifi problems it randomly stops working and even if I reboot it still doesn't work I usually leave it all night off and then power it on I power it on in the morning and the wifi works again I am rooted.
I'll leave addtional info
Baseband version T889UVUCMK7
Stock Touchwiz 4.3
Updated OTA
Most problems will stop after a factory data reset.
If you're up for it then thats what I would do first.

Weird behaviour since converting back from GPE.

Hi guys,
So I recently converted my phone to a GPE edition with the RUU in order to experience Lollipop.
After a while I missed the Sense features a lot, so I decided to go back to Sense.
I followed the steps in this thread and succesfully flashed the firmware and a stock nandroid. (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2733523)
I booted up and discovered that root had persisted. I wanted a fully clean Sense wipe, so I decided to do the following.
I installed TWRP, did a factory reset and formatted /system/. I then installed the stock recovery again and flashed the following RUU through the SD-card + hboot method.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/general/htc-one-m8-european-signed-ruu-0p6bimg-t2911563 (the 1.12.401.17 one)
Everything ran succesfully, no errors popped up and the process said "succes, press power to reboot" or something.
I set my phone up again, not restoring from backups and keeping a minimal amount of apps installed. Ever since the RUU flash I have noticed the following things:
-The phone will turn on randomly from sleep. When it's on my desk, even when nothing is prompting it to wake up (no notifications or anything). Like it's responding to phantom wake gestures.
-Music playback will quit at a random point through a song. The music boomsound icon will still display in the status bar but the music player completely quits and the app reloads when opened.
-Apps refresh during use. When i'm using some apps, like the settings or music app, it will "refresh" and scroll back to the top. Not due to excessive ram usage.
-The auto rotate toggle doesn't work. Even with auto rotate disabled, it still rotates to landscape and upside down. I redid the g sensor calibration but didn't help
I experience this issue on every update, and i've updated back up to 4.4.4 sense. Neither a factory reset nor a reflash of the ruu fixes these issues. I'm very certain that the RUU is flashing succesfully.
I looked at memory use and it's sitting at a very modest 800mb out of 1.8Gb.
Anyone have any idea what is happening to my phone?
