Hello,
I'm used to use BerryBuzz on my Blackberry, which it think is a nice piece of software... Is there any similar for our Desires? I've tried Missed Call but not working...
I wish I could have a specific color for missed calls, another for SMS or emails... Are the LEDs on Desires handling multi colors?

Did you try that, or just copied? I'm pretty sure that this app is not working on Eclair...

Off track, What Berry are u using? Mine having a Bold 9000 and have BerryBuzz too, but I am experiencing a problem, the LED blinks so fast for a missed call/text, and there is no option to set an interval time? I think it's a battery hogger. So, Do you have the same problem or you found some settings to fix it? I m talknig about version 3.0.59.

I have yet to find anything either.. I'm looking to replace "PhoneAlarm" reminder functionality from Windows Mobile. Locale eh, mostly does the profile changes, with some stuff missing.. but right now if I miss a call, email (K9), etc, no reminders..

Hi, I got an old 8310, berrybuzz latest version... os 4.5.0. You can change the settings into options, berrybuzz.. once opened go on the berrybuzz settings, upper corner near the "?". You should find the settings your looking for there.
Well, returning to the LED notification, Blink.apk doesn't work... sorry but thank you for the try
I too would like something like BerryBuzz, really made me like my Curve 8900
Same situation here... so far nothing is working including Blink. It was the first app I tried.

It definitely goes different colours, but perhaps you need root for this to work.

i only seen orange and green so far
i had this working for my G1 fine, had blue for when one person text me, green for another, red for another etc etc
think this might be a problem with the desire not the android 2.1 (could be wrong)
i have rooted my desire and it wont allow me to change the notification colour, will keep you updated if i find a solution

But many of the applications that change the color of the LED do not also obey when you select the red color (which brings). Will not it be a problem of software?
It is very important for my that changes the color of the LED and if it is confirmed that the led is two-color I buy myself a nexus one and to sell the htc desire

This was the same issue for the Windows based HD2 - from my understanding the LED notificiations are "hardware driven", therefore no software will allow you to change the colour. To date thi shas not been acheived on the HD2, and as the desire hardware is very similar, i doubt it will be possible on the Desire.
does anyone know where i can score the apk for this bad boy? i played with it in the new froyo port (very nice job) and i want it now. thanks in advance.
I use a widget called "LED Light" from the markplace, has the same look and feel as the HTC 4G, Wifi, etc widgets.. not sure if that's what you meant or not.
if you downloaded Avas (or Heros i believe) sense 2.2 ROM, you can grab the apk out of the zip.

yeah, i have that one now too but once you try the HTC Flashlight app you will see why i want it so bad.

My favorite is LED Desire Light. It has the brightest setting I've seen so far, and can even transmit messages via the flash light in morse code. In case.. you know... you are trapped somewhere and can't make calls.... and can...
Ahh forget it. Anyways, it comes with a widget. Tap for on, tap for off. I love it.

I am getting an error on my EVO when I try to install the apk that this is not supported.
OK got it. Missed step to use Astro to install it. Great app!
just installed led desire light and the flashlight.apk
definitely cool to have multiple levels of brightness. And of course, you know that morse code ability will come in handy one of these days....
OK So i searched google and xda for proof the Note 2 has a led notification light some say it does others say it dont, looking at the phone i think it does, but looks can be decieving. After watchin loads of videos on youtube i still cant find any that actually show the light, so if someone who owns this phone can finally tell me once and for all whether it does or doesnt have 1 i would appreciate it,
or even better knock up some pics or a video to prove it.

It's also Red and Green.
In fact, it can be any colour you like using Light Flow or similar apps.

Download light flow from the play store then you can have as many colors as u want

Nice phone but when going from the Note 1 and then Note 2 from last year I cant go to any screen smaller than 5inches

Not yet, But this issue seems to be a known issue and has to do with the settings but I think I might try it.

Notification led works fine here. No issues whatsoever for last 3 days. It blinks for missed calls, sms, other notification on lockscreen, while charging, when battery is low (<15%), on playing media or changing media (pics/songs etc) playback. The led even changes its colour according to the pics being viewed or album art of the song being played, which feels quite awesome :victory:!
I have the international Xperia ZL black (C6502) currently running latest stock sony rom (build ver 10.1.A.1.434), not rooted & oem BL status (ie locked).
Yes it works for some people but it's a KNOWN SONY ISSUE! Even with the z.

Fixed it! Had to reset and make sure Google account wouldnt backup or load a backup and now works

By works, do you mean you are able to set custom LED notifications using light flow? Mine works while viewing pictures, listening to music, low batt and missed call. But there are no options to customize it.

By works I mean that It WORKS when I get MMS,SMS,Email, Missed call, Gmail and so on. Before Notifications would only work during battery low or battery charging which is a KNOWN issue with Sony at the moment for the Z and the ZL. But yes I use light flow to change the colours.

Hello. I wanted the pre-loaded HD photos and videos of Sony Xperia X, not the wallpapers and lockscreens, but the ones which are visible in Album.
I got new phone and I just checked the Album quickly, and then I did Factory Reset, I assumed that those media files won't be deleted, my bad! But now I need them. I checked online and couldn't find. Can someone please upload it or give me any links to download it? I remember that there were 2 videos for sure and some 7-8 photos.
And are there any pre-loaded music files too?

Quick check ! Sorry for off topic but any body does have light bleed issue on xperia X .I have on mine .Bottom right and left corner where back & recent button is. ( I will remove this if this violets rule but if someone can confirm this that would be nice)

hmm.. that's very strange. Out of all things, light bleed is what I lack of. My screen is superb. How did you get it?

I don't know how did i get it but it wasn't there before.After purchasing device then 2nd day it i noticed .
Did u test it on full brightness though? & on black display.

No i just got this devie some days ago .Everything stock not even upgraded to nougat .Even I browse through pics in gallery which are horizontal the light is still pretty much visible there.
Can u double check with what i told before?

I just ran diagnostics full brightness. nothing. Only a slight a bit brighter than the rest line on top which is almost non visible to my eye.

No than it isn't problem for you.I know what you are talking about .It's all over all xperia's screen .It's kind of backlight .
I have like bulb glowing from 2 places where the gaps are.
