Hi there,
Just a small correction I found.
"APN TYPE : INTERNET + MMS" should be "APN TYPE : DEFAULT,MMS". I found the setting at http://androidforums.com/hero-support-troubleshooting/45005-mobile-network-apn-settings.html
Also that thread set the following proxy, port:
Proxy: 74.49.0.18
Port: 80
Once I made these change, I finally got Telus LTE data working again.
Thanks!

You don't need to set the proxy and port. Getting rid of the proxy is only really a concern if you want to block (some) adverts.
I believe "Internet + MMS" is for a device original to Telus. "default, mms" or "default, mms, supl" is for devices not from Telus. That's been my experience, anyway.
YMMV
I never get disappointed with XDA this thread saved my behind
The OP settings work great for me on my HTC One X+. I dont use a proxy/port settings for the APN and I get LTE.
maybe you guys can help me!!!

To keep the development threads clean, you can post your APN data and steps taken to remedy any LTE data related issues.

If you encounter issues with this apn, try (posted by MaverickHHH):
"APN TYPE : INTERNET + MMS" should be "APN TYPE : DEFAULT,MMS".

I am on Bell and I found repeating the MMS proxy setting in the main proxy window allowed me get LTE back.

Edit..after multiple test with different apn types am getting the same speed around 10-12 mpbs
Mine is Rogers LTE works on and off aftet flashing custom rom and fixed it by deleting all apn settings and just reset it to default. It pick up my networks apn settings automatically.

For the longest time while on Fido (Fido is a Rogers Sub-brand), I could not get the Tethering to work. It seems that (at least for Fido guys) the the APN for LTE Tethering should be 'ltemobile.apn' just like the regular data one.
Telus APN update
Thanks OP for starting this thread.
I finally got my LTE working. You can remove the following:
"Also that thread set the following proxy, port:
Proxy: 74.49.0.18
Port: 80"
I left that as <NOT SET> and it was fine.
I recently rooted my Nexus 4, which I use on the Aio network, and despite what I thought was a complete user data backup my network settings were reset. Aio doesn't have them posted anywhere on their website, so I had to call and get them from some dude in India. Here they are. Not sure if any of this is device dependent, but I doubt it.

Hey guys I have a rooted m8 for T-mobile, lately sms messages have not been sending, my phone says that the text sent however the person will not ever receive the text. This happens with multiple ppl. It's not my sms app as I have tried multiple apps. I have tried re flashing Rom and wiping and trying new roms. So I'm thinking it could be my apn. I'm having no other issues, Internet is fine, calls are fine, just texts. I changed my settings to:
Name: T-mobile US LTE
APN: fast.t-mobile.com
Proxy: not set
Port: not set
Username: not set
Password: not set
Server: not set
MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
MMS proxy: not set
MMS port: not set
MCC: 310
MNC: 260
Authentication type: not set
APN type: default,supl,mms,hipri,dun
APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable: APN enabled
Bearer: unspecified
MVNO type: none
MVNO value: not set
I'm going to try this out and see if this works. I looked up apn setting, however every link I clicked were different apn settings. There were tons of different variations, so idk which I should go with. Any help would be appreciated!
Finally figured out the right settings for H2O Wireless. Works perfect on my 1520 running W10M.
Internet Settings
Profile Name: H2O Wireless Internet

User name:
Password:
Type of sign-in info: None
-Enable "Use this APN for LTE and replace the one from my mobile operator"
Proxy server (URL):

Profile name: H2O Wireless MMS
APN: att.mvno
User name:
Password:
Type of sign-in info: None
IP Type: IPv4
Proxy Server: 66.209.11.33
Proxy Port: 80
MMSC (URL): http://mmsc.cingular.com
MMSC Port:
Maximum MMS size (KB): 2048
I hope this helps somebody out. I spent a long time on W10M without MMS.
Flashed pie to my Verizon note 8 that is unlocked, switched over to straight talk, but my MMS wont work. When I went to apn settings, it came up with a bunch of Verizon settings, no straight talk settings, even told them to reset the apn settings on the phone for me, still didn't work. Now if I reset network settings it deletes the straight talk settings and back to stock settings with only Verizon settings.....I'm tired of not being able to send pic messages
same problem here
