Lock screen wallpaper issue - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note II

Anyone experiencing problems with quality of lock screen wallpaper? I thought my screen was faulty but it's not the screen, something is wrong with lockscreen calibration software wise. I took a screenshot of the lockscreen and this is what I got. If screen was defective, it wouldn't be captured in screenshot. This is so weird.
Notice the left side of the screen looks all faded compare to right side?

This is the same image I took a screenshot of in quickpic/gallery.
Everything displays correctly except for the lockscreen. Try using black/dark wallpaper and see if you have the same issue. =(

It's because you still have the ripple effect selected in the lock screen options. Uncheck that and your wallpaper won't be faded.

^this.
BUT since I noticed you are using a JB wallpaper, I was wondering if you have scrolling wallpaper enabled. If so, does your wallpaper get cut off when you move left or right of the homescreen, resulting in half of your wallpaper being cut off on screens other than the home? :/

Here's where I'm at so far. Trebuchet launcher, used AOSP gallery app to crop wallpaper properly for scrolling.

Live Wallpaper on lockscreen

ok i was just messing around when i used holo lock for the jellybean lock screen and i didnt like it so i just uninstalled it and somehow my live wallpaper was my stock lock screen. I tried to reproduce what i had did, i have to restore my phone cause i messed it up.., and was unable to recreate the results. There where a couple of threads that had to mention it and a 3ed party app but somehow i did it without any apps any ideas???
Are you talking about having the live wallpaper from your main screens showing up on your lock sceen? If so, just set a non stock picture as your lock screen wallpaper (like a picture you took) go in to recovery, flash Darkside Cache Wipe. And that will give you a transparent lock screen. Like this

Ok so I set my lock screen and home screen wallpapers both to the same all black image. Why is the lock screen like a milky gray while the home screen wallpapers is a deep rich black? Anyone else have this problem?

The lock screen. Looks like it has Grey smudges or Grey smoke or fog on it. It's driving me freaking crazy, is my phone defective?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using xda app-developers app
I think it's probably from the ripple effect. Try turning it off in the settings and see if it still does it. (settings -> security -> lock screen options)
That was it alright. Thanks it was starting to miss me off. I remember hearing in the somewhere that some gs3s had blotches on the screen. Just wanted time make sure that wasnt the case.

Auto Brightness Flicker

I've noticed crazy flickering on white backgrounds when auto brightness is on. Most noticeable in the Gmail app since the background is solid white. Shows best when there is no text (bottom of an email). Anyone else see this?

Would help if you give just a little more info. What Rom ? What kernel ?
I have that flicker constantly on stock rooted when sending messages.
Disable HW overlay and enable force GPU rendering in dev settings

I think the flicker problem is an sgs3 issue and not a ROM issue... its happened on a few ROMs for me... this is always what I do.
I also disable auto-brightness

Anyone else have their keyboard burnt into screen

When flipping between xda pages using the tapatalk dark theme, when the page is loading and blank (just the black background) i can see an imprint from the keyboard. I use just a basic static screen protector (not an invisishield that doesnt let the screen breathe). Is this common for anyone?

I doubt that you guys will be able to see it via screenshot... but its worth a shot.

If its rly burnt into the LCD then no one will be able to see it via a screenshot.
Return it or warranty it if you are not happy with it.

It doesnt bother me that much... and Im familiar with how to warranty exchange. My question was wondering if anyone else had the issue.
It also happens with the "off-black" like if I click that screenshot, zoom in, and move the "off-black" image over where my keyboard is. . If I move the screenshot image Up to where the keyboard area is "true amoled black" then it cant be seen.
