Hello everyone,
I know this is a Necessity for Serial Flashers!!!
MUST BE ON DEODEXED ROM!!!
Pretty simple, just boot to recovery, flash zip, and reboot to system.
You now have 4 reboot options, no more 3 button deathgrip.
Everyone thank clark44 for this awesome mod!
im assuming all is well to flash over your rom thanks again!!
Is Hot Boot working in this version?
I've done the mod my self but the damn Hot Boot's not working.

you need to edit your installer script for hotboot when you install the rom...
Add this after it installs busybox.
symlink("busybox", "/system/xbin/pkill");
That should do it.
It is comfirmed working on mine. and will be fixed on my rom in 1.1.0 - works perfect!!!
Please share the 1% battery mod, and blaxk statusbar... or just PM me... or talk - mortgagewithjosh
You need to remove this line from the updater-script in this zip
Code:
format("ext4", "EMMC", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p13");
It wipes out your ROM....

First of all..Thank you for your help!
Second-Tried fixing it using your advice already and it still says unable to mount.
The problem that I am having too is that it is asking fr the USB debugging to be enabled in order for me to use adb.

I have tried 3 different roms on here trying to get the stock battery icon with no percentage, with no luck. Can anyone help? I love the Unamed and Blazer Rom but HATE the percentage battery icon. Any feedback would be appreciated!
Btw I have Rom Tool Pro and have tried that but no battery that has no percentage works with these roms, or does it?
I have a zip with it in my ek02 aio thread. Look for it in dev section.

Well the only way to change the battery is to flash the framework and his framework is probably different than your roms.

1. What Rom are you running
2. What battery Icon do you want?

Why not do it yourself? Go to the kitchen: http://uot.dakra.lt/kitchen/ and pick the battery (and other icons) you want, upload the files from whatever rom you're using, wait 5 minutes, and you're good to go.
I've haven't tried this yet with my epic touch but it worked fine for any number of gingerbread roms on my old evo.

Hey Dandnj
Whats your daily driver rom?
I finally figured out why bootanimations no longer work in FI03 (I didn't bother checking FH23, I'm sure it will work for that build too).
I did a diff of all the lib files (there were 33) and narrowed it down to libsurfaceflinger.so. The file is showing a different binary signature between FH13 and FI03 even though they are exactly the same size byte for byte. If you take the file from FH13, custom bootanimation now works. :victory:
Give it a try and let me know if it works for you.
That is the same file you replace to fix the flicker after crt off animation. Nice job, i wonder how it changed to stop boot animations.

That's correct, I almost forgot about that. Once I finally got around to trying the lib, it was the first file I replaced when I spotted it in the list.

Yes, FI25 is working for custom bootanimations again (as long as the kernel you are using has custom bootanimation support).
I have a bunch of custom bootanimations ported over from Rom Toolbox if anyone wants to try them out. The link is in my sig.

What is Odex and deodex?
There are a lot of threads that explain this. Google it
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2200349
IMPORTANT NOTE: Use CWM recovery. If you try in TWR, you end up in boot loops. REASON : The reason it doesn't work with TWRP is because TWRP is dynamically linked and TWRP is usually set up to prevent linking to libraries in /system.
ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: Setup your MyOneV ROM as per your preference and then Use this script. Once you use this script you can't do any changes to SystemUI.apk and frameworks.

This has also failed. I pulled the system folder and it seems like the only thing there is system/bin, although, the bin folder is empty as well.
I was wondering if I could ask a favor. I'll PM you.

Sure!!
I'm also primoc.. kuban odexer works if you have init.d it worked just fine for me.
Also, I'm not trying to take away from the OP I'm just giving my experience of using Kuban odexer with myOne CDMA before this thread was even created.

Any chance we can get a rom with all the GS5 changes included? It would be cool to have a rom where my phone would look like the S5 There would really be no reason to upgrade then.
Yes I love that new toggle and notification drop down of S5. I hope it comes to s4 (not just theme)

Its debloated But some things certain users may rely on may not be there. in that case, i will create "update" zips for those certain things.to work. I wanted to keep it as basic as possible.
why does this keep failing to install on twrp 2.7.0.0

where do i find those files? i am using the link from op
788/943MB and my computer decided to drop its connection to androidfilehost. Torrents don't do that
Seriously though @elesbb, thanks for bringing Warp Drive to 4.4!
elesbb....can you just post the data file...we can push it to the rom.zip
it would be way faster than a complete re-upload.

maybe that's not it...did anyone else get this to flash?

What are you talking about when you say "data file?" I'm just curious...
Keep getting flash error fail. I flash twrp 2.5.1,2.6.3.1 and phillz recovery all getting the same error.

when I tried to flash it. it said cannot locate "/data" update script.
its probably a simple line of code somewhere in the updater script causing the fail.
