You can find it at Galaxy Gio Community and it should be in files (doc). I can't give direct link, my facebook suddently didn't work.

I couldn't find an official thread with the stock CM 11 for our Hercules, so I thought I start one. Let's get one thing straight I'm no developer I'm just passing on an official thread for CM 11. The OP says that nothing works as of now. There's a black screen after the bootanimation is over.
Please read the OP properly, before replying to the thread.
OverClock can be added with an OC kernel. Its upto the OP, if he wants to add an OC kernel to the build.
The ROM, it work???

It currently has loads of bugs
But as the OP has concern with the project, he will try his best to fix the bugs.
UPDATE: On the previous build, leaving TWRP not mounting partitions the rom boots after 2-3 tries just noticed. Soon more updates

Ops, soory my mistake dev sir But when i upload this information orginal thread was not their. Thats why i upload this because rom was realised on 10-07-2017 and i thought its not offical announced on xda.Never the less.
