Depends... How much is your monthly plan? If you're plan is expensive enough to qualify as Premier Gold, then you can upgrade this October. If not, you're waiting until next year.
I'm on a family plan the 1500 one.. its 129.99 a month. I just checked at wirefly.com and it say I'm eligible on Aug. 1 2012 ...

U should be elgible for a partial upgrade by now....but u gotta rember that sprint has gotten rod of the premier customer program but if u have eligibility for an upgrade u should be able to use it up intil Dec 2012....im prettt sure tho

I haven't gotten any yet.
I got an update yesterday but I had to manually check for it. Go into settings->systems update.
Yes it has been released my wife got August patch I'm still on July but I'm doing that on purpose
