What ruu, Its not just a ruu, you need your CID and Main version number to get to the right ruu.
Fastboot oem readcid
Fastboot getvar version-main
See what comes out

Cid - TIM_401
Version Main - 3.14.901.24
You won't find a branded JB tmob ruu.....never seen it in the resources
Try this :
Download the 2.17.901 nandroid from here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1975140
Restore it and flash the matching 2.17 stock recovery. Check manually for updates afterwards and update the phone again to the JB software
RUU TIM__401 impossible to found
Hi, I have my HTC One X blocked in boot.
My problem is that I don't have any backup and my smartphone is empty, no date in SD.
I tried a lot of RUU ( I read just ICS) but nothing, I tried to extract boot, recovery and sistem img from RUU to flash via adb but nothing. I tried to write CID, use adb sideload....... I' don't know what I can try......
Please Someone can help me????
Of course I have bootlader unblocked......

flash Philz 5,15,9 recovery mount sd card then copy your custom rom to sd card install it via recovery and last go in bootloader and flash boot.img from rom archive via fastboot
First, thanks for your help.
I have tried to follow this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2746940 but it's impossible for me to see my device in adb.
Attached my situation now....
BINGO!!!!!!!!!!!
I'de sloved in this way:
"it's so easy, just turn off your android device, then hold down both "Volume Down" key and "Power" at the same time, wait a few seconds till it start in recovery mode, done.
now type adb devices, and you'll see your device."

You have a very old h-boot so you need to upgrade it first!!
So you need to flash the stock rom for your hboot or the ruu of your hboot and then when the hboot is 1.36 or 1.39 are the two best, you can flash a rom without problems!!
You dont have to unlock bootloader because is unlocked!

Uhh, have you actually installed recovery - if you haven't well that's why.
Go here: http://www.4ext.net/ddl/ace/recovery.zip
Extract the files
Copy recovery img to your adb.exe folder (make sure fastboot.exe is there)
Turn on your phone into fastboot mode
CD to that directory and type in "fastboot devices"
Confirm it says your serial
Then type in "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"
Now you have recovery (it means you can flash roms and kernels and mods and anything flashable apart from radios and firmwares)
I did this correctly, everything is OK, but now what? I tried to install stock ROM, but with no result. Here is a pictures of instalation-
now select recovery, and install ROM there

Here it is
I have a HTC Desire HD that I have tried recently to S-off and root, plus install a custom ROM. I downgraded it to 2.3 before using the AAHK to try and root it. I ran the program waited for it to finish (well at least it looked like it had finished) and a got presented with a black screen with the HTC logo in the middle and 4 warning triangles, one at each corner.
If I try all the button combinations to get into recovery mode, fastboot mode etc. nothing happens. If I connect it to my PC and run 'adb devices' It shows none. I thought my phone was completely and utterly broken until I tried, 'fastboot boot boot.img', the boot image was the one I had extracted from the custom ROM I wanted to install and it loaded, no problem, It was as if I had installed it on my phone because it ran fine.
That until I rebooted my phone, it went back to the black screen
I sent the 'fastboot boot boot.img' command back to my phone and presto, it works! All my data is stored it was as if nothing had happened.
Now, I know that if my phone powers off and goes back on It will stay on that black screen until I send the command from the computer, which is a pain, but it works.
Is there a way to:
A) Fix it so it goes to my ROM every time instead of black screen?
B) Run the fastboot command automatically on the phone at startup .e.g IF THE CODE WAS IN ESSENCE: "boot to black screen" we could change it to "boot to boot.img from SD card"?
P.S I can also boot the recovery.img from fastboot in the same way as I did with the boot.img so the screen changes to CWM:good:

Your phone is booting in RUU mode.So probably the only solution for you should be to flash the right RUU for your device. As long as you are S-OFF you can flash any RUU you like.(You just need the right RUU for your CID or to give your device SuperCID).
While you are in RUU mode screen give the command fastboot getvar all and copy-paste everything it prints here (except from your imei number and your device serial number.)

You can find an RUU for your device here.
You can download the latest european RUU from here.
About your first question we need those informations to tell you what would the better solution for your device according those informations.
(For example hboot version, CID number, MID number, S-ON/S-OFF state.Even version-main number would probably help us to find what RUU you had installed and if exists a better solution for you instead of flashing the latest RUU or the same one)

Of course not!An RUU will flash the factory ROM in your phone. But you can always take a nandroid backup of your custom rom using your custom recovery and recover it after the correct flash of an RUU.You have to relock your bootloader using the command fastboot oem lock when you are in bootloader in order to flash the RUU of your choice.
After the flash you have to unlock your bootloader again with htc_dev and flash the recovery of you choice.(If you are S-OFFed you don't need to unlock your bootloader again.Just flash a recovery from RUU mode). As long as you have a custom recovery you can restore a previous nandroid backup or to make a fresh install the rom of your choice.(I suggest you to make a fresh install of your rom instead of restoring a nandroid backup).
If you want to restore specific apps or data from a nandroid backup you can use for example titanium backup.I would also suggest you to make a backup of our contacts (extract from your default app) before you make the nandroid.

Else:

By relocking your bootloader you won't make it S-ON.(Have you succeded S-OFF?)
You have just to relock your bootloader only for htc_dev way.
Instead of ***Unlocked*** in the top of your bootloader you should be able to see after the lock ***Relocked***.After you flash an RUU it should say ***Locked***.But as long as you are S-OFFed the S-OFF remains.
If you give us the print of the command fastboot getvar all we could help you further.

First of all, The Command fastboot flash recovery boot.img isnt going to work. Its a bad command.
What that command means is.. You are telling fastboot to flash a kernel into the recovery partition. Which is wrong.
What you should do is search for a recovery like 4ext recovery for the DHD from here(that was my favourite recovery),
If the above link doesnt open, try using this one(Its CWM.)
flash it using the command
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
After its done enter this command
Code:
fastboot reboot bootloader
which should reboot into the bootloader.
From there use the volume buttons to navigate your way recovery and press the power key.
You should be in the 4ext recovery screen.
From there you can flash any rom you want.
I would recommend SVHD rom as it was stable and also my favourite.
Or
You could make a recovery which can be flashed through bootloader.
Here are the steps
Download the recovery i posted a few lines up.
create a text file and name it android-info.txt
Open the file
Now copy these into it.
Code:
modelid: PD9810000
cidnum: HTC__001
cidnum: HTC__E11
cidnum: HTC__N34
cidnum: HTC__203
cidnum: HTC__102
cidnum: HTC__405
cidnum: HTC__Y13
cidnum: HTC__A07
cidnum: HTC__304
cidnum: HTC__032
mainver: 2.50.405.2
hbootpreupdate:12
Now save it and close that file.
Next highlight recovery.img,android-info.txt and use your favourite compressing software to compress those two files into a zip file. DOnt change the compression settings, use the default ones.(You could use winrar)
Now rename the compressed file to PD98IMG.zip and copy it onto ur sdcard and reboot your device into bootloader.
It would scan for factory files.
Ones it detect the file, press the volume up key for it to flash it.
Once its done, you reboot into recovery.
If you find any difficulties, feel free to ask.

I want my phone way it was before I root the device. (Stock m8)

Check for maximus or arhd (NOT the lollipop versions but a slight older one) in the dev section or get a new stock backup matching your version number in the general section - collection of firmwares, stock backups and more by @exocetdj
And if that doesn't give you the correct steps and files than try the specific Sprint M8 support subforum
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2729173
It's listed under "previous" in the main post

Ah i see in the Sprint section. Maybe it's good to mention that too in the first reply because this is the international section and therefore doesn't hold Sprint ruu files. So that confused me a bit. Thanks for the link
My bad I didn't realize that
Thanks both. Really appreciated your advice. I tried steps in below link

To begin with your HBOOT is an old version. Upgrade it and then flash the ROM you want or find the right RUU to flash
You will need HBOOT 1.39 at least. See this link

First of all i want to thank you very very much for your replay
So i tried what you said and i successfully updated the hboot to 1.39
then did a bootloader reboot but when the phone restarts it stucks on (white htc one screen) can't load to the standard screen.. i pressed the power button for 5 sec and the phone restarted .. pressed the vol down and entered the boot loader .. at boot loader if i tried to access the recovery or factory reset the phone simply display a black screen and downloading bar lookalike for 5 sec then restarts
I tried to flash a rom via cmd but i got the following error:
FAILED (remote: Heap not enough)
Ps: i can't try the ruu ENDEAVOR cuz the phone can't access the standard screen

After flashing a new HBOOT your bootloader is now locked. It needs to be unlocked
take a look at this link and it will help you unlock your bootloader. Then you can flash a costume recovery and then flash your ROM
http://onexroot.com/one-x-root/how-to-root-one-x/
You need to do a bit of reading about all the steps needed for getting the ROM you want. Jumping in to quick could cause problems. Luckily you have S_ON so that will help prevent making big mistakes

What commands are are you using in CMD to flash your ROM
Did you Flash boot.img from the ROM before flashing ROM

I tried the following cmd commands in fastboot :
Fastboot oem rebootruu
Fastboot flash zip 3.zip
And I got the following error message :
Failed <remote: heap not enough >
I tried to flash the boot.img before I flash the rom and get the next error message :
Failed <remote: err = 0xa>
I tried to wipe everything and push the rom to Sdcard with adb push command and tried to flash it via recovery cwm and philz but every time I got (installation aborted ) I tried to install super su the same way and it worked so I guess the rom is not suitable for my device I tried to flash two more roms but with no luck I always get the same error
Not sure what you have done. Try this.
Download the following RUU
http://www.androidruu.com/getdownlo...Radio_5.1204.162.29_release_302015_signed.exe
Put phone in fastboot mode
connect to PC and make sure it says fastboot USB
Open command prompt from what ever folder you fastboot files are in.
type fastboot oem lock (this will lock your bootloader )
Run this RUU
Let me know

Every thing works now .. thaaaaaaank you <3
You are welcome
Note that your bootloader will now be locked and your phone is not rooted.

onexroot.com is a good site with tutorials to help you.
